I ordered a double-smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich at this location to-go. I asked that the bread be a “bit toasty”. When I left the store to get my car serviced at Sewell, and sat down at the dealership to eat my sandwich, the bread was hard as a rock - no kidding! These sandwiches are not inexpensive so when I went back to Starbucks and showed her the sandwich which I couldn’t eat, her response was “Well, what do you want”. Couldn’t believe her response! I so miss Frank who was friendly and friendly and helpful. I will not not anything at this location again, and so told the woman that.

I've been coming here for a while but as of lately their costuer service sucks!!!! Today I came in at around 1 30 no one there two people working and the Barista making the drinks was sooo rude. My drink was halfway empty and tasted horrible! Iwas so saddened to experience such horrible experience.

This one was one of the worst Starbucks i have ever been, im loyal customer for Starbucks for more than 20 years, tonight was my worst experience, i went there for my cinnamon dolce latte, but i had to use the bathroom first and this white lady at the cashier was very very rude with me and she won’t give me the code for the toilet till i buy something , so I insist to use the bathroom first , you can’t force anyone to buy something for a using your toilet, anyway when I told her you been rude to me she just kicked me out the store , shame on you Starbucks when one of your employees kicks your customer for many years out , I will never go to this Starbucks and I will never buy anything from you and im gonna make sure to tell all my family and my friends

Went there today to work for 15 mins. I ordered a vanilla blonde latte, and it literally tasted like chemicals or soap.
It was also a venti, and it had like 90% ice. Waste of money, honestly.
The ham croissant wasn't bad, so I can't complain there. And the girl who took my order also had good customer service. Just the nasty coffee..
