On Sunday popped in for a quick drink. Ordered Americano and Frappuccino. Completely empty store , no drive thru. 3 members of staff chatting and laughing while customer waiting 10 mins for 2 drinks. No thank you!

My recent visit to Starbucks was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt overlooked by the staff. Despite being next in line, I was ignored in favor of a couple behind me. When I ordered my usual caramel frappe and an impossible sausage sandwich, I was informed after a short wait that they were out of the impossible sandwich. Instead of offering a solution or refund, I was hastily pushed to choose between options that didn't align with my dietary preferences.Feeling frustrated but willing to give them another chance, I opted for the chicken sandwich, which turned out to be very unappetizing. When I requested a different option, the staff member seemed inconvenienced, as if it were my fault for their mistake.Later in the evening, when I returned to charge my phone and finish my school assignment, the closing announcements were abrupt and insensitive. Being addressed as "sir" despite my clear identity was not only disrespectful but also highlighted the lack of awareness and professionalism among the staff.Overall, my experience at Starbucks was tarnished by poor service, lack of empathy, and a disregard for customer satisfaction. As someone who values inclusivity and respect, I hope that Starbucks takes steps to address these issues and improve the experiences of all customers.

This store is so hectic to go to.Every time I come to this store it’s always busy and when it is busy there’s only two workers on the floor it feels like theres no management there or enough staff to help out those workers on rush hours. It needs to hire a new manager and workers to help out it is unacceptable to only have two workers suffer for 3-4 hours in a rush without help from management if they have one feels like they either don’t show up at all or just sitting within the crowd doing nothing!
