Starbucks

The drink had no flavor, deborah was rude the whole interaction, I asked for a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and she made me pay for the whipped cream, the 4 pumps of syrup and the change of milk. I understand the upcharges but when the drinks taste like nothing it’s completely unfair to pay for those.

Drink was very bland,i got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew but they gave it to me with out the cold foam? ,the older lady did not want to make drinks or was in bad mood, also rude with other starbucks employee,will not be going back..

Been going to this starbucks for a while, that older lady that works there with glasses never knows how to get orders correct, or she doesn't wanna make a specific drink. Will not come back here.

The girl that was there just refused to make a specific drink for my brother. When I asked why she wouldn’t make that drink she said because she made several of those already today and didn’t want to make more. If you don’t like to do your job then you shouldn’t be working there. It’s your

The service is terrible!

So I guess it’s a trend in this area. Apparently, Starbucks is now locking all the bathrooms - at least that is what the girl behind the counter said when I asked how to get it on the keypad. Then she told me a five digit code that I didn’t have right and had to go back to ask. How embarrassing for me having everyone stare at me when I went back just because I can’t remember a damn code.Must have been that shortage of toilet paper during Covid that got them.

So yummy, everyone is polite but they do Not have a tip jar. I grab something different on my way to work next door every morning at the Medallion Shopping Center.

Shanda is a amazing barista and person! So helpful with menu and info. Every time I’m in store I hope to see her because of her uplifting personality and friendliness it makes my whole experience each time a delight! I highly recommend this location because of the warm and welcomeness I feel coming here! I highly recommend the manager/district manager give her a raise because of her professionalism and hospitality! This is my favorite Starbucks and I go out if my way just to come here! Thank you Shanda everytime for being you and making each experience amazing!
