Crazy experience, I made a mobile order at 8pm they close at 9 I work close so I walked to pick it up. The door was locked @ 8:05 the workers were closing & ignored me standing outside for over 20 mins. I walked through the drive through tapped on the window even waited behind another customers car and they all treated me like a spec of dust. I had to call for them to unlock the door and give me my order. Absolutely outrageous do better.

Ordered through the app & when I got there (5 minutes later) they were out of part of my order & had to refund me. They need to keep the app updated. I would have chosen another store had I know they would not have my items. They tried to get me to choose something else…seems to me they were just trying to get the sale.

The coffee is fine, but the barista made my order and just sat it on the counter with no announcement. I waited for over 5 minutes before I had to ask if it was mine. They casually stated yes, as if I was meant to know. I’m just not used to that kind of service. I decided to sit and have my coffee there, and there was a lot of talk from the baristas about not wanting to be there. To be honest, the energy was very lackluster from the moment I walked in. A very low energy “good morning” from one barista. It definitely wasn’t the best experience.
