I can’t say enough good things about Starbucks and their exceptional service! A special shoutout to Alan, who always goes above and beyond to make my day with his kindness and attention to detail. The entire team here is amazing—friendly, efficient, and welcoming every single time.
If you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit, I highly recommend stopping by for their Gingerbread Lattes. There’s truly nothing better to warm you up and bring some festive cheer to your day!

This is a drive through only location, so even if you place your order online in advance, you still have to wait in the drive through line to get your order (not sure why - there is a perfectly good dining room inside). The line did go reasonably quickly.
Ben and Bri are the best! No matter how much or how little I stop by they both recognize me every time. Never thought the place I’d receive the best customer service I’ve experienced would be through a window. I really appreciate how kind the staff here is.

“Drive thru only” when they have a whole inside. Line wrapped to the street, I’m happy I got here before it. I would choose any other place, the drink wasn’t that good and they spilled coffee on the side of my cup and just handed it to me dripping…

Horrible, rude staff. Can't get orders right and has terrible customer service skills. Worst star bucks experience I've ever had.
Arrived to find out the dinning room is closed. Drive-thru only.

I'm glad I didn't put in my mobile order cuz my uber wasn't willing to wait in the drive thru. So I just added a stop on my route for no reason lol 😅
Drive through only should not be allowed. Lazy staff and owners. Need to make it clear in site that they don’t care about customers, just what is easiest for them. They are to leave a note after this review, say they are sorry and redirect me to a Starbucks feedback site. Cut and paste shows you how little they care.

Drive through only.
This happens more and more now with Starbucks.
I work on the road. Chose the motel next door because it was next to the Starbucks. Can walk over to it and finish my paperwork. Drink caffeine. Get something to eat. Then I could walk over when my day started. Get my online work done. Get coffee and food. Be back working before 7am. Mobile and out the door.
It is not the end of the world because of this. The management here made choices. I'm not the demographic they want at this location.
Perhaps it is crime and homeless that this particular location has to wrestle with. These are difficult issues. I respect that.

Got dropped off here to grab a drink and use the restroom. The employees have a sign that says “drive through only” and keep the doors locked. They should have that posted on Google.

Doing Uber Eats, found out this location is drive-thru only, including Uber orders. You would think they would staff up if they are only drive-thru, but no, they don't slower than the one by our house and they serve inside and drive-thru.
Sorry for your luck if you are a good driver and get this location. If you just want coffee, go somewhere else.
