I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances but due to being drive through only it is extremely fustrating when doing a PICKUP mobile order because you are forced to sit in line for the drive through which completely defeats the purpose of a pickup order. I’ve waited in lines of up to 20 cars when my order has already been ready. Only go here if you can wait the extra time!

This store has an inside but it is never open. If you place a mobile order you are forced to wait in drove thru. And let's be honest. This defeats the purpose of a mobile order. I also noticed that they never made my mobile order until I was in drove thru. All in all this is one of the worst stores I have been too. Visited another store further away that had a staff of 1 and drove thru. But I didn't have to go through DT, wait on my drink to be made and easily grabbed my coffee and left. Hopefully this store takes note.

Just bulldoze this location already! Absolute nightmare trying to get a mobile order and the only way to pick it up is through the drive thru which is usually out to the street and if you’re coming from a different direction or trying to get there from the parking lot it’s like Mad Max. Just put in a walk up window for mobile orders or something. Sheesh!

I ordered my coffee online and they are closed for in-store pick up so they make you go through the drive-through which is super long since everybody is trying to get new and existing orders. Starbucks needs to limit pick up orders or put a notice on the app.

I went and placed two orders and the were both given to me missing the extras I asked for I was charged and paid. Inwent back today a few days later and was told they were sorry there was nothing they could do. She said im sorry ill make sure to have it this time. Never offered to cover the extras this time.
