Starbucks should do a better job with how they speak to their customers at this location. I am fully aware that they utilize access codes for the restroom, so I write down those access codes in my notepad to avoid having to ask each time I visit. Today the code didn’t work and I went to the cashier to ask and she told me “the code changes every day, did you even purchase anything”. I can understand the code changing daily but the second comment wasn’t necessary as I clearly came in and picked up my mobile order. Learn how to speak to other better

Today makes my third time visiting this Location the very first time I visit I ordered a mocha cookie crumble grande with caramel. It was great. The second time I visit I ordered a caramel macchiato the coffee tasted scorched With no hint of caramel, I also paid for caramel crunch on top and extra cold foam. It did not taste good at all. I went back and spoke with the manager and they fixed it again that one was OK but Taste like a caramel macchiato today my third time I visit I ordered a vanilla sweet cream, cold brew grande again the coffee taste Scorched no sign of vanilla Not tasty At all, I also ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. It’s a bit running in again the coffee taste scorched, no sign of the Just bitter burnt coffee I’m a bit disappointed in this

This locations is hands down my favorite. The employees are super nice and never get anything wrong anytime I order here . Food is warm when I get something and never cold ( I only get my cheese danishes here ) . My strawberry’s açaí are always perfect here too , never too sweet and never too much ice !!!!
