Fast service- important at the airport, friendly service, food was hot and ready. Mobile pick up. They actually had sandwiches. So many times at the airport I heard “out of that”. It was nice to get a bite to eat.

One of the barristas here this evening repeated everything I said with complete disgust and attitude. She had a terrible attitude the second I walked up. After we went over my ONE drink order after multi eye rolls from her (it wasn’t a complicated coffee either) she waited on the man behind me with all smiles. I thought what did I do? Then after she gets his done before me (even though I ordered first) she sat mine down and it was still wrong. When I kindly corrected her she yelled at me I KNOW I KNOW!!!!! So I asked for the manager and reported her for her horrible attitude. The manager Alexis was extremely sweet. Hopefully they reprimand that bar for her awful attitude, eye rolling and yelling. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks anywhere.

Watery drip coffee, they should be embarrassed to serve this stuff as coffee. I guess it's all about the sugary stuff amd not coffee anymore

I was here Sunday the 26th around 4:30p. I watched a barista sweep the floor, NOT wash her hands and proceed to make my coffee. She puts ice in the cup and whilst trying to force the lid on, it overflows. I’m watching her wipe it, but not doing a good job. Hands me the cup and coffee is dripping everywhere, I asked her for a napkin as she was just using and tells me “the napkins are over there.” Why couldn’t you just hand me one from where you are?! Doesn’t apologize or anything.

I didn’t get her name, but she was a pale skin girl with excessive makeup.

The place does not have Wi-Fi, on one side there are several tables to sit at. I bought coffee of the day with my membership and requested the refill (as I regularly do) but they told me that because it is an airport it does not apply. The terms and conditions do not mention anything about this. Definitely bad experience.

This location is definitely a 5/5 🌟’s, hands down!
Friendly barista and manager whom are happily greeting and accommodating customers so they don't miss their flight.

I believe the gal who went above and beyond this morning was Lindsey. Appreciate your fast/friendly service, thanks for helping me catch my breakfast, and flight.

I'll definitely be back, Terminal-E Starbucks. 🙌

It's a normal Starbucks.
He seemed to recognize that I was Japanese (Oriental? lol) and responded with gestures rather than conversation. He was very friendly.
I bought a tumbler and my daughter was very happy with it lol

Terminal A near Gate 26. Some of the best Starbucks service I've had. Very attentive, and upbeat. Amazing service considering you're stuck in the airport as a captive audience.
