I never leave reviews but The barista at the Starbucks in Kroger makes the best drinks in DFW. His name is Kalabe and you can tell he puts his everything into making sure the drinks come out perfect. I only buy my starbucks Honey Citrus Mint Tea from here because it tastes subpar everywhere else.
He needs a raise and a promotion, he is not only good at making the drinks, he is lovely to converse with and super nice.

Kalabe at the store does an amazing job. He takes his time to prepare your coffee and is always super nice. I’m not a fan of this Kroger but I’m loyal to this Starbucks because of him. Keep doing an amazing job!!

Employee working behind the counter shut down machines and said he was closing at 7:30, closing time online is listed as 8:00. Why list a closing time if the employees decide to stop serving customers well before then?
I put in an order for delivery but they changed it out and made it a pickup order! And I call for customer service to cancel the order and they answered me but left me on hold and didn’t attend to me at all!! Don’t ever order from here they have zero customer service support and don’t attend to your needs!

Morning is the busiest time, they need more than one person. The woman that works there, always seems bothered never happy. She doesn't repeat your order back to you to ensure it is correct, she just gives you the total. Which might be why my drink be sub par.
