We were greeted by a warm, friendly smile in the drive-thru. Much more inviting compared to past visits. The interaction is brief, but there's nothing like a genuine welcome.

I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at Starbucks until today. Gigi was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel very unwelcome. Instead of offering good customer service, she acted as if helping customers was a burden. Starbucks is known for being friendly and consistent, but this interaction was the complete opposite. If management cares about their reputation, they should seriously address this behavior.
Almost everyone wt this location are super kind, but the blond lady is super rude. When I ask for light ice she fill the cup with just ice or give me half drink. When I ask for light iced is just because I don’t want it to melt omw work and make my drink unflavory. I think she should stay taking orders and not making it. Coworkers said they had same experiences with same person. I think her name is Caitlyn or something like that.

I come in once a week to grab a cup of ice when I'm feeling nauseous as I work next door. Suddenly today there's a policy that I have to make a purchase to get ice that's allegedly been in effect since January. No one has forced me to buy something before now. I'm clearly not some homeless person trying to get free items, I come in here and spend at minimum $20 a week. It's just weird how the rules are only the rules when we're feeling like it. Bitter coffee anyways. I maybe enjoy 1 out of every 3 beverages i get here. Just like the rules, there's a lack of consistency.
Took 20 minutes for somebody to hand me my order that was ready when I walked in. Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be ignored and stare at your order while the ice melts or the hot items cool. Needs corporate to come evaluate.

So rude here it's unreal and when I called the manager she was equally as rude. What happened to the treating the customers with respect?!
Even tho the drinks are good, I had ordered a venti pink drink while my brother ordered a vanilla cold brew. When they gave us our drinks my pink drink was different and I thought that's just how they make it at this location, but turns out they had mixed mines and my brother's drink and I drunk it without knowing it had vanilla and I'm allergic to that. So now I'm having a reaction. And all while the lady is like oh did yall order something else and so I ended up having to repay for another drink and they just remade mines
they're so friendly and i love this store so muchh
I’m a regular and they always know my drink they’re so friendly and nice, one of my favorite Starbucks locations.

This has been my go-to SB for '6am drive to work' for years, but in past few weeks, the drinks are way off in taste. I'm very disappointed - recipe change?, new batista? I don't know, but I'll have to do a different place for 'wake me up' beverage. At $7@Venti +grat, no can do!
worst service ever
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Starbucks because of Kalani. Not only was she extremely slow, but her attitude was downright rude. She seemed completely disinterested in helping customers and acted like it was a burden to take our orders. It took forever to get my drink, and when I finally got it, it was wrong. She seemed incompetent and unwilling to make any effort to fix the mistake. I’ve never had such a poor experience at Starbucks, and I’m honestly shocked at how unprofessional she was. I won’t be coming back to this location if she’s working there.
Overall fine. A drive-thru only store. Can’t really have an atmosphere with that. Hit or miss on my drink. Midday and depending on the barista making it, I ask for extra oat milk in my shaken espresso, and they half the time do not do it. Like I’m willing to pay for it, but instead I get too dark, too little milk, and burnt shots. Not worth it. I want ristretto, they give me full. Hit or miss. Sometimes it’s creamy and delicious, other times I’m just disappointed.
i went through drive thru to get 2 trenta waters. i ordered the waters and the woman on the speaker said i needed to purchase something. i gladly was willing to buy a small coffee and let her know i just need something small because my blood sugar is really high and i just needed something. she started being extremely rude and gave my sister a snappy attitude insisting to give me a bottle of water instead because i had to immediately purchase something else to get a second trenta. mind you im very kind and patient but my blood sugar was high and i just needed an extremely big water. she kept acting extremely entitled like her $15 an hour job even meant something. if you hate yourself that much at a job, you should probably get a new one. i’m extremely disappointment in the disrespect and saddened over how this was treated. i hope she has a better day and whatever is going on in her life heals.
