My coffee wasn’t the best today, they were busy so I understand. BUUTTTT I’ve been going through a really hard time and as I got near the end of my cup I realized they left me a little note on my cup. It made me smile. It’s the little things for me. Someone took there time to make it personal. Whoever did it you will go far love. Keep doing the small things it makes a difference!

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed, I work in the food industry too so I understand it can be a little stressful but these pink haired girls were all super passive aggressive and rude. First they put in my order wrong but it’s whatever I know taking orders can be difficult, then when I told them about the issue they put it in wrong AGAIN. There attitudes were horrible even though I was insanely nice and understanding. I don’t mind if you get my order wrong one or a couple times because I understand it can be difficult but to be rude and aggressive after being spoke to nicely is crazy. I think the pink hair de has seeped into their brains making them stupid and arrogant. Anyways food was great! And the black haired chick was nice just the pink haired triplets that were rude.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee and what I got was basically a cup full of ice with a splash of coffee. I took three sips and it was gone β€” seriously, THREE. For the price I paid, I expected an actual drink, not a melted puddle in a plastic cup. Total rip-off. Starbucks, do better.
