Received the wrong order for my boss (asked for white chocolate and received white mocha). I was told to bring back the order and get a refund (which I did on my lunch break, rushing to get back to the office downtown). I did get the refund. However, when I asked a Ms. Valerie if they do anything for the inconvenience (and wasted gas, not getting the correct order, waiting in the drive through line etc.), she said no and huffed/puffed for me asking. I understand that Ms. Claudia made an innocent mistake, but Valerie had no customer service/social skills whatsoever and ruined my experience at this location.

I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew. I’ve had this drink a dozen times and the moment she handed it to me it looked like 80% of it was the cream. No taste of the coffee whatsoever and so I asked if she could make it again. Not even two minutes later she handed me another one and it tasted exactly the same. I will never go back to this Starbucks. The workers look miserable being there.

I have to shout out this location, specifically LuLu!!! She is amazing, personable, overwhelmingly pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable!!!! I was having an extremely difficult day, and she provided me top notch customer service and a delicious beverage!!! She doesn’t even know how this interaction impacted me, and turned my day around!!! Great drinks and even greater customer service!!!! 10/10 recommend, ask for LuLu if you want a great drink and a outstanding service!!!!

Drive-though order got my alway bacon baits, cheese Danish, An my caramel macchial, always get a large got to the window after 20min an they try to give me a small one I told them I order a large one they take it back an give me a large cup full of black coffee, long story short they just put black coffee on the bigger cup!! I never go there forsure!!!!!

makes me mad that i have to pay money for them to not even give me the right amount of coffee im disappointed because its only filled up a bit more than half way. I don’t want it to overfill but clearly you guys are not even filling to the right amount the worst thing is this is not the first time! please learn how to fill your drinks the correct way
First, I am always thinking about the employee when addressing an issue with an order. I have worked the food industry and know the brutality of some people. I walked in asking for my drink to be corrected if they didn’t mind it was from another store, the female employees working immediately responded very rudely with that isn’t their policy and they didn’t have to fix a drink if they don’t want to? I was unaware that all of these policies have recently changed according to the employee and then was told to order a new drink. Very disappointed that all the employees treated me so rudely and were very eager to gang up on me for something I have never had trouble with in the past at any Starbucks location.

I came here the other day & this girl with yellow hair was so nice, she kept a positive attitude. i remember coming here before & the other cashier was so rude when I showed her the drink I wanted from my phone, she told me “can u read it to me” all rudely.
