Horrible service. Bias and aggressive barista. He didn’t enjoy serving me and it showed by the dead tone, scowling, and the glare behind his eyes that gave away so much desire to cause physical harm to me. In fact, he called the police on me. However, probably to his dismay and frustration, the officer did nothing—didn’t even interact with me. The officer sat down on the other side of a barrier where I didn’t see him until I got up to leave. I’d like to believe he didn’t interact or make his presence known because he knew I wasn’t doing anything wrong—and knew he’d been called on by a liar. But I don’t know. I’d like to believe that that officer didn’t follow me out because he was going to get the information of the barista who filed a false police report or misuse of emergency services. Having bought two sandwiches and a venti-sized caramel frappe as I was using my laptop to charge my phone (the only reason I was in Starbucks to begin with), I received horrible, distasteful and wicked service from the usual jealous behavior of a bitter, disgruntled older man who’s stuck working at a job he hates for less than actual men make, and so easily taken over by his own racist thoughts — and I’ve never returned to this Starbucks since. I don’t even enjoy Starbucks as much as Love’s or Pilot coffee, haven’t returned to one since. Overpriced anyways.So, I’d recommend going to any other Starbucks in Dallas. Avoid this one.

Quiet location tucked underground in an office plaza with some outdoor seating. Service was friendly but I can't really say that I had the best food and drink experience here. I did a mobile pickup but when I arrived at the time they said my drink would be ready, they hadn't even started making it, and the pastry was warmed when I had asked it to not be so I could pack it. And they weren't busy. At all. Just a few people already sitting at tables. I'm not usually one to complain, and I certainly appreciate the service, but when your order is very late and not correct when it is not busy -- and there are several nearby locations that do a great job -- it makes you reconsider going back. I'll give it another try next time I'm around, hoping for better results.

I waiting 24 minutes for a Tall Chestnut Praline Latte. There was two ladies in front of me that ordered 8 drinks, which I am lenient towards, however after those 8 drinks were made it took about 12 minutes for my drink to be made and there was only 1 drink in front of me after that large order. The crew was moving very slowly even though they had a line of customers waiting for their drinks to be made. Once I received my drink, I took the lid off to find they had put the wrong topping, which that’s not that big of a deal to me. What is a big deal to me as that they had left about 2 1/2 inches in my cup. I understand you must leave about 1/2in for whipped cream, but for only ordering a Tall size, I feel that is way too much money to pay for so little. I would ask that they focus on making drinks according to Starbucks standards.

Had a great experience at the bar with the staff, especially with Kelsie who was helping us. She was amazing not only in being attentive but also remembering all of our specific drink orders. I look forward to seeing them all again!

We were forced to leave another hotel in the area when their water was not working, at the very last minute and had less than an hour to check-in, shower, and iron my clothes......We arrived at valet and they kept our car up front because we told them we were coming back down to leave for a meeting in 35-45 minutes.....the front desk clerk was quick and helpful. My experience at the Fairmont was excellent. I was well taken care of and the staff was very helpful. The facility was beautiful with a great view of the surrounding city. Definitely will be returning!

Always a great time at the Fairmont. From Philip the concierge, to Greg the driver and Marisol and Paulina at the bar. Thanks to all the staff who made a memorable weekend. We always keep coming back for celebrating Birthday's and other special occasions. Comfy beds too

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the cleaning ladies. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was the fridge was leaking water. There was nowhere to store outside food brought in. Had to move things around and was charged for drinks I didn't take. They did correct the charge though when I checked out. All in all a good stay!
