Within a week they messed up my order I asked for a double venti mocha Frappuccino extra icing with cream they forget to put my shots on they say I didn't ask for it I did ask for and I was going to pay for it I guess the cashier didn't pay attention. The second time they took 9 minutes to do my Frappuccino come on people it doesn't take that long I've been going to Starbucks forever especially on that location.
