I go there and order 5 Mocha Frappes every Monday and I say I want half the sugar but this lady puts a bunch of sugar or if she doesn’t do that, she makes all five drinks in one blender and doesn’t mix it well. This young lady tells her not to put it all in one blender but she doesn’t understand and there’s big chunks of ice in my drink.

I've been here a couple of times since this location is on my way to work. It is consistently slow, there are flies everywhere, and the employees are rude! One time, the girl at the counter checked her phone twice while I was ordering and got my order wrong. Ridiculous.

Guy behind the bar took his time today while everyone patiently waited, seemed more than usually slow. Like he didn’t care nor want to be there. Took 20 minutes to get a drink, had to get a refund instead. Everytime I come here I’m unsatisfied but the obvious time taking was enough for a review.

We drove 16 miles to this particular coffee shop to get coffee and chai latte because this location was supposed to be open till 10 pm we got there at 9:34 pm ready to order but they told us that it was already closed, very disappointed at this particular location,I wrote this in hope you change the coffee shop hours on the Web site to 9:30pm instead of 10pm,so this won't happen to other people,in the meantime this location Lost me as customer jcc
