Got my iced chai delivered and it had espresso in it. I did not order espresso. I would be careful ordering a decaf coffee here since they just throw espresso shots in anything they feel like.
Both of the employees showed no interest in my arrival, I spent two minutes at the checkout and left without coffee.

At 8:35ish on Friday 6/13 I came in to a very overwhelmed staff, understood it would take a minute, and ordered my drink I always get (iced coffee no classic, splash of oatmilk) Barista informed me they don’t make their iced coffee with classic syrup anymore and I just said I like to be sure as the flavor is terrible and ruins the coffee. Well…my coffee was made with classic and the barista walked away from me before I could even finish paying so I didn’t know if the transaction went through until I flagged someone else down. Not very happy with my experience today.

Avoid this Starbucks location. I’ve always found the shots added to the drinks made here are less than required. Last time, the barista was grumpy when given the feedback and verbally gossiped regarding the fact that she had to redo the drink. The redone drink was still deficient.

Staff was rude and dismissive didn't realize that starbucks new customer service model was to roll your eyes at customers. Milk station was out of milk at had to ask multiple times for milk or creamer and was ignored repeatedly.
