Ricardo is a breath of fresh air in the middle of a crazy downtown area. If you need your Starbucks fixed in the morning, I would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks and saying hi to Ricardo because he will make your day!

This rating is for the Starbucks at Dallas Love Field Airport. I ordered coffee at 9pm and the person who took my order stated that only drip coffee was available. I asked why and she shared that they were closing. I asked her what time they closed and she shared 10pm. I looked at my watch and it was 9:04pm. With 4 people on duty, I’m not sure why we can’t get a beverage of our choosing when there is an hour left to go. The drip coffee I received as terrible.

I just came here and ordered a strawberry açai refresher with no strawberry inclusions. My drink was made with the inclusions, so I let them know and gave them the drink back. Instead of remaking my drink, they simply scooped out the strawberry inclusions still leaving some behind. I didn’t have the energy to try to once again get this resolved, so that’s why I resorted to this review. The effort was very lazy.

Good coffee. Great atmosphere but gross service. No hello. No good afternoon. I would settle for a (sup ). This young kid just looks at me and I have to break the ice by saying good afternoon. And no response. So I just order. And still didn’t say a word to me. Just the total and pick up is to your left. . Then walks away. I was like. Ok.??? Thank you. Have a super day.
