Great place, always super busy. There always seems to be a big group of managers that have a meeting and take up 2-3 tables every time I come to study. Otherwise, just like any good starbucks

They kept telling us to hold on in the drive thru , then when ordering they act as if they couldn’t hear us. Got to the window they’re doing a bunch of giggling. Now don’t get me wrong. I like to see people happy but this seemed more sinister. My chocolate milk taste like warm milk

Stopped by on red cup day. It was busy but the staff seemed prepared. Service was friendly. Received a warm welcome when I walked in. Plenty of small tables for teleworking and large parking lot. Good wifi. Clean restrooms and bar area. Great atmosphere overall.

Went for winter launch they had two of the bear cups and when they opened the door the barista let us know it was one per customer but once inside there was only one and one of the workers took it and it hid it in the back when there was people lined up since 3 am

This Starbucks in particular has always given me great, friendly service. They'll also sometimes write nice notes on my drinks. Can't complain!
Honestly best Starbucks I’ve been to. Staff was super friendly. First time I’ve ever been asked if I’d be dining with them. They brought out egg bites that somehow had a nice crust on them. Cold brew with chocolate protein foam is my new go to.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. Serene music, good coffee and food. Best of all - Ricardo - he is the epitome of phenomenal customer service. He greeted every customer with the right balance of joy and energy for the morning. He personally delivered orders to people who were briefly waiting. He cleaned and organized the space anytime he walked by. Top notch.

Order my drink online. Sat inside and waited 20 minutes for my Frappucino. I finally asked for it. It was sitting at the drive thru window and there were no cars in drive thru. Got my drink and it wasnt made right. I mentioned it to the barista and scraped off the whip and stuff that weren't supposed to be on there and said no biggie! Then, I asked for the extras that I did pay for that went in the trash with the whipped cream and everything else on top. Then, I was being rude and they felt if they made fun of me, it would be easier for them. I left and won't be back to this location. What more can I do??
