2 times now, I have asked for oat milk and got milk with dairy. Lactose really messes me up. I'm going on 6 hours now of severe stomach pain and diarrhea due to receiving the wrong milk. I know with 100% certainty it was the milk as I have not changed anything in my diet. Please train your staff to make drinks correctly. In the meantime, you've lost my business.

Friendly staff. The coffee is up to par with all other starbucks I've been to. You do have to ask for a code to use the restroom, which is not a big deal but just a heads up. I wouldn't come here to study/work because there are no outlets. Not sure if I was missing them? But that was the main reason I visited. I left and went to a different coffee shop instead. Maybe they didn't design this coffee shop to have that sort of atmosphere.
