Starbucks

I had a horrible morning with my car breaking down right in front of Starbucks.
You don’t see kindness much in the world these days, but truly the baristas went out of their way this morning to make me feel noticed and cared about. I will be going to this Starbucks moving forward and can’t tell you how much it meant to me this morning.

Service is great, mobile orders are fast but it depends on the day and staff, I mean some are slower than others but hey it's Starbucks. Coffee is always good!

In the afternoon shift, the girl who wears a scarf on her head says she is the manager. She always roasts my coffee the way she wants, not the way I like it. She always puts too much milk in it and then she returns it to him and she purposely adds more milk. and I always do the same thing, with my money I won't ask her for her to do things however she wants

I was so displeased at the lack of customer service and friendliness at this location. Walked and was never even acknowledged. I was trying to be understanding because they were a little busy. When I told the young lady that I had not been helped after standing there for quite awhile, she coldly stated "Well we take orders at the register". I walked out. Clearly bedside manner is not priority here.

Went for my birthday reward and although I didn’t get their name, a lady making the drinks drew a little character on my cup saying happy birthday! It was super cute and sweet!

Was a little busy during our visit so it took longer that we expected to get our order. Staff was great and greet you a smile. Parking lot can be crazier to maneuver thru.

Whoever made my Acai Lemonade refresher this morning made my day. The ratio of refresher to lemonade was absolutely perfect, best I’ve ever had. It was also ready fast and the employees here are always nice, best starbucks ever

Not fair… I didn’t pay to drink ice!

Took my daughter to get the pink drink and I had lost my voice...Baristawas so kind he mage me a specialty hot tea that was excellent in my throat!!
