The woman iwith the ridiculously large clear glasses has a terrible attitude. I came here on my way out of town at 7:30 and ordered my usual drink after listening to her correct the customer in front of me on what was in their drink. When it was finally my turn to order I said I wanted "a soy chai tea latte with a double shot of espresso" and she responded "you want two shots? Because it doesn't come with EXPRESSO" I said "yes I want two shots" I suppose she thought I said an extra shot. Whatever. The other woman, who seemed very nice, made my drink. When it was ready I checked the label **as I have an *actual dairy allergy and it had no mention of soy milk. When I asked if it was made with soy the woman with clear glasses said "No, you didn't say you wanted soy". Excuse me? I order this drink almost three times a week. I have a dairy allergy. Do not correct me. When I responded with "Yes I did say soy" she went silent while the nice young lady apologized and remade my drink. Someone should tell Mrs. Glasses that if she's going to wrongly correct people on the ingredients of their drinks all day, she might want to learn how to correctly say *espresso* and learn how to apologize while she's at it.

This location is *always* busy, but the crew is friendly and on top of things - never an overly long wait. Beverages/food are typical Starbucks quality... it's the service that makes any Starbucks location good or great, and this one is great!

Nope. Everyone who works for Starbucks helps destroy the Earth 1000x faster and is responsible for being one of the companies that adds the most plastics to our oceans. The employees are fake and the customers are easily impressionable. You think that cup of coffee is better than McDonald’s? It’s cute how I was not thanked for my review. Maybe if I expressed things about white males perhaps the women working there would hear me out.

Don't ask to use the bathroom here, you'll be given a code that doesn't work. Highly annoying. Not even sure why they need to lock the bathrooms when this is in a nice plaza. You'd expect not to feel like you're in the ghetto. Not surprised this place as many 1-star reviews.

The service in there was horrible the guy taking my order was a guy his name was Tim and he was rude throughout the whole order and he got my order wrong and he told me he didn’t need to know everything but I was trying to make sure he’d get my order
