Management is clueless about customer service. After adding 3 shots of esspresso (making a 13+dollar drink) somehow they CANT put it in a trenta cup. What a joke obviously this Management thinks starbucks is going broke or management needs to be retrained in customer service.
Truly a poor example for their brand.

Super quiet and chill vs the club-like atmosphere across the way at Ascension Coffee. So you can actually think/work like you know, what coffee shops were built for. ? Not to take away from the staff however, which was great and very friendly.

After traveling nonstop from Atlanta , I stopped into The Crescent Court Starbucks to order a drink for me and my sister . Starting with the lovely atmosphere I was greeted by Brandon Colin Sebastian and the Supervisor Richard ! They not only gave us tasty recommendations but their friendly demeanor completely changed the trajectory of my stay here. Thank yall for you the drinks and the hospitality

Hours Monday- Friday are 7am-7pm. On Saturday and Sunday they do close at 3pm. This Starbucks is a franchise and part of the Crescent Hotel.Prompt and friendly service. Great calm atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. My order was accurate and clean.

The 3 gentlemen who work there (Deuce, Ryan and Rich) were absolutely wonderful. They made delicious drink suggestions and answered all of my questions. They were incredibly nice and informative. I will definitely be returning to this location. Phenomenal customer service!!

The best experience and customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! Donovon was the best and even working two registers at the same time. The rest of the team were absolutely amazing also.

A starbucks branch I will never come to again. I have never seen such a mess. I ordered Tomato mozzeralla sandwich and they told us it was not available. Then I saw that there were 2 of them in the deli case. I asked them to heat it, they said we can't heat it. I have never encountered anything like this at any Starbucks until today. Also, there isn't even a sink where you can wash your hands. Disgrace.

Ignore the one-star reviews. I've never seen so many "first world" complaints. This Starbucks is a smaller property in a busy office complex, not a destination property for the laptop crowd. Otherwise, it's fine. Same drink and food quality as other Starbucks in the area.
