Worst experience ever. I waited for more than 20 minutes for 1 drink when everyone else who ordered after me was served. When I checked, they casually told me they are out of some ingredients which would have been ok if I was informed early on instead of wasting my time standing there for a drink that was never going to be made.
Friendly staff. Love the chai tea!

Poor customer service.
The coffee cup had spilled coffee over it and there wasn’t enough almond milk in the coffee. The service is a little slow.

The man in the drive thru this morning was very impatient. Rushed me to order wouldn't answer my question and then wouldn't give me a receipt. I got a sweet cream nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream and it wasn't to the standard of any other Starbucks I've ever been to. I couldn't get his name because he kept closing the window Everytime I tried to speak

Typical Starbucks, the staff is friendly, they didn’t allow the use of the app for rewards.

Failed the deaf system. I was told to them to bring to me because I can’t hear any one who called the name to bring the drinks. Please improve your system with tv with orders number and names so everyone can see it like another Starbucks
Got it wrong twice. $10 for a coffee and can’t even put coffee in it. Received hot milk and then cold milk and subsequently threw both directly in the trash. Also kept long line and no A/C or was running a heater overtime. Skip it.
One of the better Starbucks’ outlets that could be found in the airport. It could have been even better if they manage to brew some good coffee and put good stuff on shelves. So far it’s good but it has got all the potential to become a great coffee shop around.
