Starbucks

This is hands down one of my favorite Starbucks, primarily due to the staff, they are amazing, Alana, and Ethan, sunny and Gilbert. They all make my day every time I go in there, they know exactly who you are. They say, hello, they're friendly. They remember your order by heart and half the time. Have it done before you even make The order of the line, it's a great starbucks.

Good place to do homework

Just did a mobile order - spent maybe less than a minute but the baristas were welcoming - after picking up the order I was just glancing around for a straw and one of them directed me even though i did not seek assistance. It is a small thing but it matters because usually with mobile order pickups the baristas don’t even care for a “good morning “ but this one paid attention even though the store was busy. Also I like that they have handwritten greetings on their coffee cups.

Came to this beautiful location with my older brother today around 1:30pm Nolan, Julian and Ben took care of us.. The service was fast always with a positive attitude and a genuine sincere, smile on their face😇🤍💖 I will definitely be coming back as my job is on the shopping center across the st. This young man are very kind, dedicated and professional 🤍😇🤍😇

There is this one bald guy, I mean i thought he was joking at first but he kept going with making jokes and talking inappropriately. I experienced such a poor customer service and felt bullied when I went home honestly. You can have a small joke but the way he just kept shutting me off I couldn’t stand it. Never coming there anymore.

Felt really weird at this location. Kinda like I wasn't welcome didn't like and won't ever be back. I was standing waiting for my coffee and could hear older man and another worker whispering asking why is she standing there. Well, was waiting for my coffee, dummy. I did have my work uniform maybe he thought I was a cop some ppl think that. I think maybe it's the shiney name tag badge. Vibes not my level

Horrible customer service. Clearly made my drink wrong and acted as if it was my fault, then started to argue with me when I pointed it out. If I’m paying for the drink, then I expect it to be up to par. Very odd behavior.

By far, my favorite Starbucks! The management and staff have done a great job of making this store feel local. My kids and I are regulars and are greeted by name every time we come in, making for a refreshing start to the day. My online order is always hot, perfect, and ready to go. By far the best!

I ordered Venti Mocha Frappachino with 4.5 pumps of mocha. I order it the same everywhere. However at this location it was made differently, it tasted like a chocolate shake. I went back inside asked if he could make another one without the extra half pump, still tasted the exact same! I told the guy it wasn’t right, yet they told me they could not make another drink for me just because it wasn’t to my liking. $7 dollar ice coffee, I do expect it to be to my liking because I am the paying customer! This was the worst customer service I’ve seen in Starbucks anywhere! I paid for my drink but the original drink went into the trash as well as the second drink that they still got wrong! I frequent Starbucks daily sometimes multiple times and I know how it should taste and the service to expect, but not here, not this location! Just wouldn’t recommend this location for your favorite drink! Service and product was very poor! Maybe more training is needed.
