Always make my drinks wrong send my employee to get remade and she said they just poured out some of the coffee and and added cold foam. She was treated very rude. This is not the first time this happened.

this is such an amazing starbucks ive been to so many different locations and this is by far my favorite. The baristas interact with customers so perfectly and remember the regulars aswell. they are very communicative with your order and make sure they ask the mobile order peoples about their order to make sure they're quick. they hire enough baristas so it can be fast paced and efficient. the seating areas are also big and they also have an outdoor seating which is so nice. i love coming here to study with my friends it is amazing i 10/10 recommend
I went here with my friend today having a good time and the drink literally gave me food poisoning like now i have to miss school tomorrow on finals week idk who messed up but i feel personally offended attacked and targeted tbh ?♂️

The girl at the cash register saw me trying to understand & use my rewards and instead of helping me she just stares at me. I felt rushed to pay just so she can help the next person in line. Once I scanned the app she didn't look for rewards either. Then an older gentleman saw my hand out for him to hand me my egg bites and instead he slides my egg bites across the counter instead of putting it in my hands while my hands are clearly out. I wasn't treated like the loyal customer that I am at this location. They treated me as if I was bothering them. This is why I give tips at the end based on how I am treated, because I too work in a customer service industry. No tip was deserved so no tip was given. I will be calling management.

This location stinks. I come here because it’s across the street from my work, but the baristas always give me attitude and mess up my drink even though I tip regularly. 99% of the time, I order a nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream and they put a single drop of sweet cream in and when they hand it to me, even if I ask “is this with extra sweet cream?” they just lie and say yes so that they don’t have to remake my drink.
