Super slow service!
The store hours are listed as 4:30am Mon thru Fri. I came in at 4:45 after ordering on the mobile app. And I was treated so bad. The women ignored me in drive thru and at the front door.. So I knocked on the front door and window to get someone's attention. They never apologized or explained why the store wasn't open as advertised!! They were rudely saying with hand gestures that they were closed.. So I asked "how can I get my order"; and hese women literally held my drink until 5. Saying that I had to go back through drive thru to get my drink. I wouldn't have ever bullied and mistreated someone just wanting coffee.

There is a hair in my drink this morning, frozen under the ice, I am disgusted! I will not be back to this place until they make the employees wear HAIR NETS! This should be mandatory!

Update: gave this place another chance and of course Frances was working there and managed to mess up the drink again. The same drink. Then blamed it on my again. Then said I didn’t have to pay for the drink but she’ll remake it and still tried to charge me $7. Frances needs to look for a new career path because managing a coffeehouse isn’t her calling.
Consistently get orders wrong. I picked up a drink on my way home from work and had to drive back 30 minutes to get the correct drink. Didn’t feel like wasting $6 on an espresso at 9 pm. The overweight woman with dark hair made zero amends, still charged for the new drink, and then had the audacity to blame me for saying my order wrong which I didn’t. Will never come back here. Send your employees back to training especially the overweight woman.

This store used to be good...twice now in two days they haven't got my order right. They should read the sticker they put on the cup. You shouldn't have to pay $6 for nasty coffee...

MIDDLE AGED LADY WITH THE BLUE ACCENTS IN HER LONG DARK HAIR WOULD NOT MANUALLY ENTER MY ACCT TO ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY STARS. CLAIMED THE WIFI WAS DOWN AND THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY TO LOOK UP MY ACCT.....NO MA'AM, YOU CAN DO IT MANUALLY, YOU WERE JUST EITHER LAZY OR HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMERS. BAD SERVICE. WOULD NOT EVEN ALLOW ME TO PLACE ITEM ON HOLD. CALLED SEVEN STORES AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ALL SOLD OUT OF THE MERCHANDISE I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT A FEW OF THEM SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE ENTERED MY INFO MANUALLY AND APOLOGIZED TO ME ON HER BEHALF! I REALIZE SHE MIGHT BE HAVING A BAD DAY, I UNDERSTAND. BUT TO FLAKE OUT FROM DOING HER JOB IS SAD AND LAZY. RETRAIN HER, OR LET HER GO, BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR THER WORK. I HAVE AN AUTISTIC BROTHER EARLY 20'S LOOKING FOR WORK, HE WOULD WORK HER UNDER THE TABLE. DRINKS GOOD, FOOD OKAY, SERVICE WHACK FROM THE BLUE HAIR, THE OTHER STAFF IS TYPICALLY NICE. MY DAUGHTER AND I VISIT THIS LOCATION AT LEAST WEEKLY. :( THANKS FOR MAKING US FEEL UNWELCOMED. ALSO, TRY CALLING THEM, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CLAIM TO HAVE NO INTERNET CONNECTION BUT RECEIVED OUR ONLINE ORDER. LOL. DO BETTER.

Chunks off matcha powder in my latte baristas never remove the foam. And this is the forth location same problems. Place is always over staffed but no one really working. This was my last latte from Starbucks I couldn’t even drink it

This location use to have excellent customer service until recently. The young lady working the drive thru was so rude that I act drove away before picking up my order and went to another store. I refuses to spend money on rude service.
Was in a hurry and not close to white rock coffee or vector brewing coffee. The latte I ordered was surprisingly very good but unfortunately the girl taking the order @ 3:47 pm wasn’t nice at all, no hello, thanks or bye/have a nice day

Most of the employees are super friendly some are quite snobby. I’ve gone in this location several times because I work in the area and I’ve gotten my order wrong five out of 10 times I am unable to just leave work so I cannot make it back and they don’t seem to understand that when I call. I do not think I’ll be visiting this location anymore. I don’t have time to get to work and have my breakfast ruined!

The drinks always taste drastically different here than all other locations. Ordered an Iced Peach Green Tea? You're not getting any peach. Ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam? You're cold foam will taste like absolutely nothing, you'll never get a flavor. No matter what I order, they skip ingredients.

Natalia made me cry with her kindness, I think this Starbucks has the kindest people, every good thing that could happen at a cafe has happened her for me, I literally only go to this Starbucks, I appreciate everyone here

First time coming in.. two male employees just watched me as I waited to be helped not one person greeted me until two minutes later.. then a female assisted me. Never again. I’ll go to another location even if that means driving further out.
