Drinks were good and staff for the order were kind. Didnt have dragonfruit for my dragonfruit lemonade. Mostly tasted like lemonade. I ordered 2 drinks and cup sizes were wrong and let person who took our order wrong know and she was very kind. Drinks were done quickly!

We stopped by as a group of 17 on a Sunday afternoon—yes, a small army of caffeine-seekers. Each of us ordered a drink and, while waiting, we were chatting (as humans tend to do in coffee shops). Sure, we may have been a little loud—but nothing out of the ordinary for a lively group.

Suddenly, one of the baristas shouted at us in a pitch high enough to froth milk—telling us to quiet down so the orders could be heard. We get it, clarity matters. But the delivery? Less “friendly reminder,” more “espresso-fueled outburst.” We immediately lowered our voices, but the tone had already soured the experience.

The drinks were solid—but no amount of caramel drizzle can sweeten the memory. We won’t be coming back to this location. Plenty of other Starbucks, and thankfully, most of them don’t come with a side of public scolding.

Dog jumped up on the counter and sniffed the mobile pickup orders were and after bringing it to the attention of the manager they said it was their policy and I could leave if I was uncomfortable. Only go to this place if you like dog butt flavored coffee.

GROSS, DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY location. They have no issue with dogs jumping onto the counter tops and sniffing mobile order drinks waiting to be picked up.

I’m a black woman on my laptop 💻 using Wi-Fi & I get approached by a HEAVY SET GUY asking if I have a mobile online order, he suggested that I order something, mind you it’s Caucasian MALE next to me with no beverage or food in site from STARBUCKS. It’s giving racist and I don’t like how I was approached, I was going to buy something once I finished ✅ an important email. IF ARE BLACK DONT COME HERE! I REALLY WANT TO CALL CORPORATE ON THE MORNING MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR. I was at this location at 8:00am 8:15am. ( ITS 2025 and people still getting treated unfair & poorly in these establishments)

I can’t believe this. I came into the store and politely asked for water and they asked me to purchase something for water first the cheapest item is $6 I’m not giving $6 for water. I even told them all restaurants licensed premises are legally obligated to supply water for free to customers that ask for it. the FCC article the person who asked for water at McDonald’s and was denied and died in the parking lot I have a medical condition and I was extremely dehydrated other store ask me to purchase so I thought in a establishment who already gets fund from the government to provide amenities to costumers. This is terrible don’t buy coffee here go to a DUTCHBROS. I’m leaving this review in hope the managers sees it and that they’ll change that policy in the store cause I’ll continue to write more reviews if I have to pay for water is a ridiculous deprivation.
