Hello good morning today at early morning I ordered medium blonde coffee with extra cream cream and 4 pound for white chocolate and they didn’t make me my cream steam and at early in the morning I’m very hurry I don’t have time to tell them and they can remake me. The time is money special here in the morning here in America and after few hours, I’m not able to drink this coffee even I want to another back in they make me mistake wrong order so I believe it at early morning especially a lot of people in this very busy and exact time they can try to walk fasting and in that exact time during working fasting, they can make a mistake or wrong or a customer at easily so that’s the problem. It should be solve that problem because at early morning your coffee is very important so I wish they can take care about that. All of us order two coffee I ordered just between the one in the second one at half only one hour or two hour only and I’m not able to drink even right now. I don’t know what can I do?

I usually go to this Starbucks very often since I work 3 doors down. I ordered a brownie and then the cashier asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said yes. I then watch her from my seat and she saw that there were no brownies left and instead grabbed the one that’s been sitting out on display. Not only that but she grabbed it put it in the heater and took it straight out and I grabbed it and I was cold. I usually love this Starbucks but the cashier this time did not exceed to the bare minimum standards of my food.

Drinks were good and staff for the order were kind. Didnt have dragonfruit for my dragonfruit lemonade. Mostly tasted like lemonade. I ordered 2 drinks and cup sizes were wrong and let person who took our order wrong know and she was very kind. Drinks were done quickly!

We stopped by as a group of 17 on a Sunday afternoon—yes, a small army of caffeine-seekers. Each of us ordered a drink and, while waiting, we were chatting (as humans tend to do in coffee shops). Sure, we may have been a little loud—but nothing out of the ordinary for a lively group.
Suddenly, one of the baristas shouted at us in a pitch high enough to froth milk—telling us to quiet down so the orders could be heard. We get it, clarity matters. But the delivery? Less “friendly reminder,” more “espresso-fueled outburst.” We immediately lowered our voices, but the tone had already soured the experience.
The drinks were solid—but no amount of caramel drizzle can sweeten the memory. We won’t be coming back to this location. Plenty of other Starbucks, and thankfully, most of them don’t come with a side of public scolding.

Dog jumped up on the counter and sniffed the mobile pickup orders were and after bringing it to the attention of the manager they said it was their policy and I could leave if I was uncomfortable. Only go to this place if you like dog butt flavored coffee.
