Marie was so rude and slammed the window on the customer ahead of me and immediately had an attitude when I tried to ask her a question. IM DONE !!!!

We have been coming to this Starbucks for over a year and have never had any complaints. Even when it's busy and our drinks are late, we've never complained. Today, we came in and booked the community room as we had in the past. While we were asking the counter staff some questions, a man rushed out of the office and aggressively confronted my manager, stating that he was canceling our reservation because we weren’t a nonprofit.
He was extremely rude and aggressive in his approach. I understand if there are rules and regulations, but there is a proper way to communicate with people, and this was not it. We have reserved the room in the past without any issues, so this was new information to us. He could have simply said, "Hey, this room is only for nonprofits—I hope you understand."
I asked some of the employees for his name, and I believe they said it was Dawson—a tall guy with long blonde hair and tattoos. They seemed to suggest that he had a reputation for being unpleasant as well. We are very unhappy with his communication, and we hope management sees this.
Wouldn’t honor the 3$ drink special
There was just one person preparing the drinks, 30 minutes late waiting.

Tired of Pike's Place
We are never in this part of Dallas, but due to wrecks on Hwy 20, we took a detour. Cam took our orders and made our drinks. Cam's customer service was excellent, and our drinks were made perfectly. Cam is definitely an asset to your team and makes customers want to return.

Customer service is extremely bad here, I been standing at the order counter for almost 10 minutes and no one even said (give us a minute please), they don’t even notice that you are there to order in store.

Ok... she might be having a bad day, but giving people attitudes does not end the shift early or get raised more. An employee handing me a drink with two fingers like she doesn't want to serve. If she doesn't like a customer service job, could go different place.

I went through the drive thru...the line and initial wait was already long and I wasn't dressed properly to get out and go in and have them remake it. I needed the coffee (double expresso) to help me go back home and get BIRTHDAY READY dressed. Thank you Owner for your feedback. I understand
Today is my birthday so I wanted to treat myself. It's my 4th time going to this place since 2/16th which was my first day trying flavored coffee. The taste of the beverage is not consistent. And unfortunately Today's is the worst. It doesn't have that sweet taste I've experienced with the others and I didn't get the little stirrer like 2 out of the 4 times I ordered here. I ordered the same tall white chocolate mocha with double expresso. It taste bitter. I added chocolate syrup at home and used a spoon to stir it.
Please fire the whole night shift. Ordered 2 Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch FRAPPE and the lady said they don’t know how to make the Frappe I SAID WHAAAT????!!!! Lol then had the nerve to put it in a cold coffee cup smh
