Waited over 20 minutes for my pickup order. They have 9 employees here, talking, laughing and 1 is on her cellphone but not one person is working on my order. This is ridiculous.

This is the SLOWEST STARBUCKS EVER OMG . Don’t matter when you come. Idk if they all knew or what? But damn 10-15 min for ONE DRINK IS WILD .

Placed a mobile order , went through the drive thru (their head sets weren’t even on) so I drove to the window. Once I got my drink and noticed it was made incorrectly, I went to the door (which was locked). My knocks got ignored but maya came to the door to proceed to tell me they are closed (an order on the app wouldn’t even go through if that was the case). I told her I just wanted the syrup added to my drink, not remade , just add the syrup. She proceeds to tell me to wait 10 minutes because they are closed. I was dismissed. This is a quick fix, why do I need to wait when this was yalls mistake? I was once a barista myself so I know mistakes happen BUT I also know, in a situation like this I would have to comply with a customer and help them. Not dismiss them just because I’m sleepy.

Horrible experience. Placed a mobile order for oatmeal & egg bites. App stated it would be ready in 4-7 minutes. Upon arrival I had to wait 15 mins for the oatmeal, I waited additional 15 mins waiting for the egg bites that I never got. I will not be returning to this location.

Made me feel unwanted because i wanted a remake on my order specifically (tall black boy with blonde yellow curls ) he was very disrespectful and the workers around him said he would remake my order “later” as if i was in the way he did not even finish it gaveit to someone else to make and im a paying customer i usually dont go to this one certainly will not be returning 1.22.2026 the customer service needs improvement even the worker running the window

Came in the other day when they had opened. Still trying to wake up and couldn’t decide on what to order. Thankfully Litzy was able to help me out with my order. Recommended such great ideas and landed on one that came out more than perfect. Sadly wasn’t able to remember the order so hopefully i come in and she is there to help me again!!

Please wash your shaker cups or get new ones. My strawberry acai refresher tastes of coffee and no remnants of coffee grinds, so that leaves the shaker cup. Store is usually a 9 but today had to drop ya down. Also get lg straws back in stock..its been a week.

I love Starbucks, but my experience at your store has been a mix of both good and bad. Some of your team members provide excellent customer service, while others do not.

Over the past month, my experiences have been very inconsistent. This morning, my order was incorrect. I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte, but what I received was not what I ordered. I didn’t return to the store because I would have been late for work.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue. Previously, I placed a mobile order for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with an affogato shot and extra caramel drizzle. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I received it, it was missing both the affogato shot and the extra caramel crunch. When I asked about this, the barista took the drink and added the extra crunch, but did not add the affogato shot. I was already late for work and did not have time to continue addressing the issue.

There is a tall woman who works at your store whose attitude and customer service I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the morning staff as a whole.

I am sharing this feedback because I normally enjoy Starbucks and hope to see more consistency and improved service at your location moving forward.

Their drive thru speaker was broken, but a sweet young lady was standing outside taking orders. She was very helpful and nice! I will always cone here to get my coffee!

Total trash . I asked for a caramel frappe. They handed me an iced coffee arguing with me that it was indeed a frappe .I replied no it should be a frosty consistency . When they finally agreed to remake it, all they did was add more ice handing me a watered down version of what they originally gave me . Not even any caramel.

I just went through the drive thru & it was the worst service I've ever experienced there , the lady at the window being very rude & out of it. She seemed to be under the influence because we kept having to repeat our order to her & at the end she ended up just closing the window on us. 😐

Flo,Indigo and Ty are amazing at what they do! Their warm welcome,genuine smile served with amazing drinks! There’s Starbucks around but prefer the location despite the always busy lobby.

Love this place I have to go to UT SOUTHWEST clinic at Redbird…
I usually come here afterwards and they make me feel so good they’re so sweet all the floors and I love this place it’s one of my favorite!! Great great atmosphere wonderful employees always happy🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
