Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had, watery, no coffee, no chocolate, 0 service, couldn’t get any worse than this. Seriously about the worst coffee you could ever get I’d rather boiling water and straight beans.

Not sure why they closed the Victory Park location and left this one open. Employees here hardly seem to care and you feel like a burden.
Terrible service and attitude the woman working needs to be fired!

Order pumpkin ice chai tea venti size, was corrected and she said you mean a latte? Okay what’s listed on board is what I want. Second she was on her phone. She made me a pecan chai tea which I didn’t ask for which is nasty called corporate on her unprofessional behavior and getting my drink wrong

I have always had excellent customer service from the pickup department at this store, but Kelly and Tracy were especially kind and helpful for me today!
Why does this place have such high reviews? The people seem nice but you can't order ahead and they don't even have oatmeal. This place is in the Tom thumb and the menu is marginal at best

One person working here, it goes about as fast as you'd expect.
I came this Thursday (Jan 18), around 1 pm to this Starbucks location. Usually the experience is okay, but this last time was pretty unimpressive. I'm going to add all the details on the chance that someome above her can get a glimpse of what she is getting paid to do. The girl, who's name was Koko ? Or whatever, was sitting at the table on her phone and at first I didn't think much of it because a lot of people do that at work when they're not being watched over. However, now I recognize it was indicative of her work ethic. She begrudgingly got up to take our orders, and made it obvious she was bothered to be interrupted from her phone. I really could have ignored that part, but she stood at the register and stared at my husband and I without saying a word. I was like okay...guess that is her way of saying she's ready. We place our orders and she types it in, takes the payment, and walks off to start making the drinks, again without saying anything. Also, there was a bunch of receipts still attached to each other on the machine so I guess handing out receipts was another step she decided she didn't feel like doing. We just sat nearby and waited and eventually she set out our drinks. Of course I figured they would be wrong considering she could hardly be bothered to listen, and they were. We start walking back over there, uncomfortable already because of how frustrated she was to be doing her job...at work. But nonetheless if I'm paying $7 for a coffee, it needs to be the one I asked for. And if she's going to have such a nasty attitude, she'd better at least do the rest of her job right. We went up to the register and she is back on her phone at the table and without getting up she's like, "what's the problem?" in a rude tone. We let her know that one of the drinks is wrong. And of course right away she got defensive, and she tried to tell us we asked for something that we didn't. Like okay, you misheard, just make it and move on, but I could recognize she was really just upset at the fact that she had to get off her phone and do something. She walks over to the cups and forcefully sets one down on the counter to start making it and when she finished, she walked past us and pushed the drink in my direction without saying a word, then went straight back to the table she was sitting at with her phone all without stopping for a second. My husband and I were discussing what do we need to do with the wrong drink? Do we take it or? And before we decided on it, she was standing by her table and was like, "what's the issue?" And my husband just replied with, "does this one need to be tossed out or?" And she goes,"YOU can toss it out". Um excuse you? It was laughable how bothered she was to be making drinks, you know, as a barista ?But really. Girl had some serious attitude problems, someone should definitely teach her some, literally any, manners.
