I’m very upset at this location. Be wary gentlemen of going to this location I received a text from my girlfriend about a girl at this location who told another employee that I come in for a cup of coffee to get my ego stroked. Or to creep. That employee didn’t know that the person she shared that with actually knows and it is very close with my family so I received the ridiculous banter that’s talked about when men who are dressed very nice. Come inside instead of the drive-through to get the attention of the girls working there. This is absolutely ridiculous cause every time I’ve come in ask for my coffee bypassed any compliments regarding my attire. I am a businessman and this location is on my way to work. Sometimes I come inside if the drive-through has a few cars in it. Be careful men that go inside because the girls that work there think that if you come inside you’re looking for attention from young clueless girls. I will not be coming back.

Yesterday morning, I went to the drive through and asked for a chai. And, I wanted to know what types of chai they had. The lady who greeted me first was extremely nice & kind. However, another guy called jaffar started yelling at me and as I requested him to relax, he started screaming even louder & he was extremely rude to me. Me being a valued regular customer there, I found it extremely disrespectful & offensive. So I ended up not ordering any chai tea and coffee and my entire day was ruined.
The other baristas in that Starbucks are very nice & great, but that one particular person named jaffar is not nice and is very hostile.
Be careful of that one guy. Hope they take action against him.
Thank you.

Before dropping off my rental car at DFW, I swung into Starbucks because nothing says “seasoned traveler” like squeezing in one last latte before returning a vehicle you drove for 48 hours and got overly attached to.
I ordered a Venti hot latte with an extra shot. My name is David — very simple, very straightforward — so I didn’t expect any creative interpretations, and to their credit, they didn’t try any. The drink came out perfect. Beautiful. A moment of peace in this chaotic world.
Then came the blueberry muffin.
And here’s where I begin my journey of self-induced disappointment.
I politely asked for it not heated. Not warm. Not toasty. Not “gently warmed for flavor enhancement.” Just… not heated.
A very basic request — literally the pastry equivalent of “just leave it alone.”
Now, I don’t know what happens behind the counter, but I’m convinced Starbucks has a motivational poster in the back that says:
> “If in doubt: heat the muffin.”
Because sure enough, my muffin came out warm and soft like it just spent 30 seconds reflecting on its life choices in the microwave.
Did this ruin my day? Of course not.
Did I still feel the need to sigh dramatically like I’m starring in a coffee-themed soap opera? Absolutely.
The front door also deserves a mention. When you pull it open, the aluminum frame drags across the ground with a heroic screech — the kind of noise that makes everyone inside briefly wonder if the building is being disassembled by hand.
But honestly?
The staff was incredibly friendly.
The bathrooms were clean.
And my latte was a masterpiece.
So yes — I am absolutely giving them five stars while simultaneously acknowledging the ridiculousness of being emotionally rattled by a slightly warm blueberry muffin.
Some people meditate to stay grounded.
Apparently, I write long reviews about pastry temperature.
Very friendly staff, quick prep and was very good.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Pulled up to The drive-through about 15 minutes before close. I should’ve known better but since I was the only car around, I thought what could go wrong. I ordered a large hot chai latte with an extra pump. Pulled up to the window, paid my tender, and immediately was handed a slightly warm, almost cold drink. It was literally less than a minute from the time that I ordered to the time that I paid to the time that they Handed me my drink. I then Immediately I asked the barista if can I please get this hot she says you mean extra hot? I said no, I would just like it more than 70°. Five minutes later, a gentleman comes back to hand me my drink, and it is not only extra hot, but it is so hot. The lid is deforming. After holding it up to my air conditioner for about 35 minutes to allow it to cool down enough to get a eagerly awaited sip of the chai latte, I was so eager to drink, I was horrifically, disappointed to find myself to be sipping on very hot very diluted chai water, almost with no flavor no sweetness, and I can almost see through it when I open the lid. Super pissed. I paid seven bucks for a drink that is getting dumped down the drain. Especially irritated since I can only afford Starbucks maybe twice a year and look forward to the occasion I can.
