I had a bad experience with this location. The person took my order, and sent me to the window. I seen that my request wasn't complete, by the order screen, so i asked for the condiments, when I arrived, but was cut off with the cold response of them not having anymore. I didn't worry about it, and left. When I pulled my own stash, and was preparing to apply it to my order, I found that I also received the wrong order.
It took me a moment to gather my thought, because I had not had my caffeine, yet, but ended up going to another location, where they gladly fixed my order. Now, after recollecting the event, I realized that the person was rude and didn't really apply any "customer service" qualities. I hope this location is able to repair this, because this location is too busy to lose clients. If she did this to me, then she did it to others.

Annelle is the best!!!!! When she recognizes your voice through the speaker she greets you by name and knows your usual order before you can even say anything! She deserves a SHOUT OUT! And a RAISE! We love her, and the Service here is Amazing!

I feel like they were giving me the wrong drink on purpose. Three times?! I will never visit this location again. I've been drinking Starbucks chai tea for a decade so I know exactly what it should taste like. The first drink was a coffee, the next two tasted like dirt. I gave up. Mind you, the person in front of me was also returning their drink. Please train your staff.

Rude Staff. I pulled up, did not see anyone and no one answered the speaker, place looked dark and for a moment I thought they were closed. I drove up to the window and saw a person, did not greet me, told me to wait or anything just plain ignored me. Another female open the window just to tell me she couldn’t take my order at the window and for me to drive around after I had waited and been ignored, there were already 2-3 cars behind me so I just drove off and left very disappointed!!

The only reason that I am giving this place five stars is because of Diamond. She was very helpful and understanding and did a great job at saving a poor interaction between myself and one of her coworkers. This is the closest Starbucks to me and I’ve encountered a lot of rude workers that don’t know the menus and have condescending attitudes at this Starbucks. Diamond was one of the few that made my experience a pleasant one.

Fastest Starbucks in town! :) It's like a quick pit stop from the Cars movie (Kachoww!!!) - easy, quick and friendly. This has been my primary location for a hot minute. Special shoutout to Hannah and Ani for making my DAILY drinks without room for mistake. All in all, the staff is super friendly.

My coworker and I spent 4 days visiting this Starbucks location several times a day with anywhere from 12-16 orders each visit. Tory, Ani, Kevin and everyone working this week were truly impeccable. We came in everyday at exactly 5am which is when they open and they gave us nothing less than phenomenal service every single visit with ZERO mistakes and positive attitudes. These people are special and deserve only greatness. Starbucks truly lucked up with the workers at this location. This crew exuded positive vibes and showed us that not all heroes wear capes sometimes they wear green aprons.
