Terrible service. The lady was extremely rude whenever I ordered on the Teleprompter cutting me off and then got my order wrong. It is currently 30° out here in Texas so then I had to wait at The window with my toddler and they completed everyone else’s order that came after me before mine, and then still gave my order to me, with it, already melted and wrong once again.

Not very hospitable. There needs to be a trash can outside. Telling customers to walk to the end of the parking lot to use the dumpster is not good service. Every public place has a trash can! Every single one!When you are lazy, it is obvious.

The customer service here is hit or miss. Today was one of those “Not so good day”! The heavy set short older lady Allie (not sure if she’s white or Hispanic) is extremely rude! This is her second time messing up my order by leaving things off or adding unwanted ingredients! Even the staff seem to be having issues with this lady as well. Tonight she gave me half my order with the contents of my drink dripping from the cup with an attitude and slammed the drive thru window! I had to go to the window to retrieve the rest of my order and instead of her coming to the window she ignored me while I stood there. A nice gentleman walked right passed her and help me. She knowledge me after I asked him what was her name. She said it so sarcastically and said “my manager is right here, you want to talk to him?” I said no, it’s fine. I never leave reviews but I just had to warn people going there to beware.

Super rude staff. I put an online order to *NOT* have to wait. I walk up to pickup my order and they walk off for a few minutes- totally fine but didn’t even acknowledge me. I see my order just sitting there so I tap on the glass to say I’m just picking up and they give an attitude saying only item 1 of 3 is done (the drink, the other was 2 croissants). I then see them grab the bag with croissants which were already ready and I said “oh so everything was ready” and they gave me an attitude over it.

Dairy in my drink when it’s supposed to be oat milk and I saw through the window that she poured a good amount of milk in my cup before she gave it to me even though the drink called for oat milk.I’m pretty allergic to dairy it causes my throat to swell up and over the phone there was no sincerity in concern when I said that I could taste regular milk.Definitely don’t recommend this location
this has to be one of the oddest 'bucks. it's drive thru and walk up only it's location gives it an extraordinary view of downtown Dallas..however no thoughts were but into maximizing this fact before it was built. Also the cars in drive thru regularly back traffic up to the access road for i75 despite the crews' amazing abilities to get orders out at lightspeed.Parking: loitering is not really an option
Waited 35 mins for the wrong food and drink. I had to get back to work so I didn’t check before leaving. Absolute worst location. Would not recommend to anyone. Not sure how you get a spinach feta wrap and latte wrong, but they did it.

It's not in the greatest location, and because of this, the line can be problematic, but we've never had a bad experience here. We stop at this Starbucks frequently when we are in Dallas. The customer service is always superb, and our orders are always spot on. Everyone has always been very friendly. I only recommend that if it is super busy, you drive up the road to the other Starbucks because it's really difficult to get in line because of the location and the street.
