20 minutes and no coffee. Had to board my plane

Ordered tea via mobile app, 25 minutes later I requested help from a barista (thin, short braids in her hair)and she ignored me twice. The third time she rudely stated “yeah,” however kept ignoring me. Thereafter another young woman approached and I asked her for help and she then worked on my order.

It doesn't take much but yet takes good character to be upfront and just do what is needed. Today 11/11/2024 at 5:26pm Dallas time I was thankful for the crew that was diligently working and awarke enough to express their concern for passangers getting thier products as efficiently as possible. I appreciate this because it shows the true sense of care that we may not get to your coffee ontime of your flight, but we are aware of the time, conditions and to allow for reason due to so.

Ordered via mobile app and verified with cashier that they received my order. Waited over 15 min and asked about my drink. After realizing they skipped it, they started to remake it. However, I tried to show my mobile receipt to the barista as I had a few things added to how my drink was made, and she was so rude! Rolled her eyes and scoffed that she was already making it. When I finally received the order it was less than mediocre. Completely disappointed in drink but even more with the rude service!

If you’d like to buy a ridiculous overpriced, crappy cup of coffee, and wait 20 minutes to get it, then this is the place to go.
Probably the worst and slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Walk to the opposite concourse for faster service and far better service.

Terrible service. Half the employees are just standing around while folks wait and wait for their drinks. I wasn't given mine until I asked what had happened to it after seeing the orders behind me getting their drinks.

Terrible service and product. I ordered the largest dragon fruit refresher and paid for it. They gave me a medium drink, and even though I complained, they didn't replace it with the large item I requested and paid for. In addition, the drink was super watery with little dragon fruit preparation solution. Disappointed.

I waited in a pretty short line for my drink and I ordered something simple a grande pink drink with strawberry cold foam, well the girl Julie made it so thick it was nowhere near a pink drink! I asked for a refund and they said a manager wasn’t around that they can remake my drink, well I had no choice keep in mind my flight was already boarding! So Julie who made my drink that I wanted a refund for remade it but left out the strawberries, I asked if she can please add my strawberries I paid for she dumped the whole drink to remake it OMG I was furious! I tried keeping my cool a young girl I didn’t get her name handled the situation well and remade my drink fast and the correct way!!!! I paid for A boarding but unfortunately didn’t make A boarding so I lost out on money for paying for that! Julie definitely needs to learn to make drinks before you guys let her make them on her own!!! Over all horrible service!!!!!

Anyone with half a brain would have thought the line starts on the half with lined rope, but guess the employees don’t have that. Made me move to the end of the very long line after I’d already been waiting, even if I only wanted a water.

If your at the airport might as well eat somewhere else the employees here will take time out of there "super busy" day to yell at the line that hasn't ordered to stop ordering food because of how stacked they are.

Was told it would be a 30 minute wait for an iced coffee after waiting in line for 20 mins. Who has time for this kind of service at the airport?! Try using the mobile app before you arrive, I guess.
