Super slow. They move in slow motion. I received one drink and two food items and then ten minutes later received the other drink. I asked the gal about it and she rolled her eyes like I was bugging her.

ordered mocha for flight. got on plane and there is literally no mocha. its coffee and milk and sour milk at that. the barista said “mocha half caf” and still did not catch hos mistake. andni was only person waiting. not at all busy.

Workers have a funky attitude. Told me they open at 4:30 then they opened at 4:20. Worker almost ran over me to get by in the line and said excuse me like I was in her way. Also, I got started down by one of them like I she had a problem with me. Maybe it’s because it’s early in the morning? Anyway, Starbucks must get the lowest possible quality baristas here. Never experienced this before. I left the line after the worker shuffled by me. I guess I should be grateful she at least said excuse me.

Yes prices are higher because it's in an airport but the iced shaken oatmilk espresso was so worth it. Hit the spot well. Line went by quickly enough but I only had about 5 people ahead of me.

The staff here are consistently rude and unprofessional, and the manager shows no concern for customer experience. Service is painfully slow, orders are often wrong, and any attempt to ask questions or raise concerns is met with indifference or outright dismissal. The lack of accountability and care makes for a truly disappointing experience. Customer service at this location is terrible.

One of the slowest SB kiosks I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and the staff are very rude. I get it that they're very busy, but they need more than ONE person making drinks. I waited 35 minutes to finally get my two drinks .

Some how, there was an evil voodoo spell over this kiosk, where one drink would be made but the second one took over 20 minutes to make. I must have ordered them 20 minutes apart and forgot that I did.

The customer service was slow and poor. Coffee taste like water and I had to keep asking for my pastry. They cashier told me she couldn't take cash because her only cash box person was on break at 8:30 am in the morning. She didn't ask what size coffee and charge me a larger without confirming. Please hire more adults.

My aunts and I went and I asked for a summer skies and waited for a long time, then the drink comes out and its not the drink i ordered at all. I let them know and only then was when they told me they didnt have the summer skies drink .. why didnt they tell me when i was ordering or even before they made me a completely different drink. My aunt ordered a drink with no whipped cream but since they were too busy talking they put it in there anyway. I understand this is an airport and it can be busy but there was absolutely no sense of urgency from the baristas and the person taking the orders. They just didn't seem to care if the orders were right or wrong.

Horrible service! Ordered a simple pickup order an hour before boarding and it still wasn’t ready after saying it would take 40 minutes. Told them my flight was boarding and asked if they could check on my order, and he told me to call customer service to cancel and get a refund. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
