Waited in line for 30min just to walk away with nothing. They never announced that they were not selling food which idk they weren't or wouldn't be especially when a new shipment of food had just arrived. Horrible

Horrible!!At Gate 13 Missed my flight because they’re 40mins behind on orders LITERALLY!! Couldn't leave until the next day because of these Sorry slow ppl!! If you’re that busy they need to stop taking orders until your able to catch up. Someone else miss their flight as well. Sad! Sad! Sad! I was there a whole 45min before boarding. Slow and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Especially if you’re not there 2 hours before your flight leaves. Waste of damn money!!!

All things were wrong... First off, their menu isn't right. A grande latte is posted at $3 (which would be awesome) but they charge $5.45. When I lightheartedly asked if they would honor the $3, since that's what's posted, the barista said they had to go with what's in the computer (which is fair) and that the menu had been that way for over a year. The marshmallow dream bar I got was dry, and I realized after I started eating it that there was no sticker noting when it was made or the best by date. So, my bad, but still, it definitely wasn't fresh.15 minutes after ordering, and multiple people after me in line getting their drink, I still didn't have a drink. When I went up to ask about my order the ticket had been lost. They did get right on it, but no apology and they did not follow the order written on my receipt that I had to show them to prove I'd placed an order. Over 20% of the drink was foam when I asked for no foam. I asked for it to be fixed, and it was - by pouring in milk & foam, scooping out foam, pouring in more, scooping out more... when I was a barista, we'd just use the back of a spoon to prevent the foam from pouring in in the first place. Otherwise, you're scooping out foam, milk and espresso with each laddling.Overall, this was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had.

The "product" is "PERFECT" ... However ... This is my university campus and for the volume of sales generated because of the location ... The prices should be adjusted to suit the budget of university students ...

I really appreciated the cashier, Paula! She was very patient, detail oriented, considerate, not missing anything on orders that I could tell, including mine. Wiling to change the order for the person in front of me as it wasn’t the price he expected to pay for that drink. She made sure the order was accurate and single-handedly managed the register at a pace that helped keep the barista‘s at a good pace as well!

Can't expect much than a busy Starbucks at the airport. The line was long but moved fast, and you definitely are treated like a number here. Understandably so because they have so many customers to attend to. The product is pretty standard, and same is the customer service. In all honesty it's just okay. Would rather get coffee not from Starbucks, but you gotta play the cards you are delta at the airport!

This isn’t the first time they don’t have the coffee or pastry I like, so no worries I will just role with the punches. As a previous review I read, yeah I’m just a number here, not a person. Needless to say I can't pay with my debit card, only gift cards. I mean I know it’s Christmas Eve, but wth?! When I tell the cashier “I can't pay with my debit card? Then how am I supposed to pay?” He replied “I have no idea”, what a jerk. I got on my iPhone & added money to my points card, but in all honesty, I should have just walked away. NEVER again will I buy from this location. Can hardly wait to get back home to San Antonio where the locations near work & home will give me much better customer service.
