I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, and while drinking, I found plastic pieces in the coffee. I thought it was a piece of ice but discovered those were plastic. I have already NOTIFIED the store and handed over the plastic pieces and the coffee. Starbucks should be careful about what is given to the customers. Hopefully, I did not swallow any pieces of plastic, and hopefully, no one else was affected.

I am a daily coffee drinker here for Mon-Sat. When I get my Iced Americano here, it taste fresh and great, but when I get same drink from other stores, some of them taste different. This location is the best place. Store itself is very clean and staff are very nice, especially Maria. I can tell she's one of the most hard working barista in this location. She's always nice, active, and she also remember customers' name. Thanks to all staff for serving great coffee to all customers and keep the store clean. and especially to Maria ! Thanks !Parking: You will find paring spots unless you are blind.Wheelchair accessibility: Right there in the front

I must say that everyone here is very nice. Great people for sure. What I don't understand is why this Starbucks runs out of basic stuff. For a while some time back there was no Splenda - it was either sugar or Stevia (barf). Today, there was no half and half. Someone needs to learn how to order stuff. I'll keep coming back - I just have to have a new mind set - maybe I'll pretend I'm at a Starbucks in a third world country or something that way I won't be surprised when they don't have milk or sweetener at a coffee house.

The coffee cup was so full that when I removed the lid, it wasted on my hand and car seat. The coffee was hot. I still have that coffee at home in the fridge. It's going out with the trash.

Friendly staff but not so smart manager. I went there for the Thursday special and instead of giving 3 off on a $20 order. They prefer an upset customer.Dietary restrictions: Egg whites and red peepers are sugar free!

The employees at this Starbucks were extremely friendly. My tea was whipped up quickly and tastes delicious. I'm not a huge fan of the coffee at Starbucks but I do love they have free Wi-Fi and of course air conditioning. I recommend this location if you find yourself nearby.
