We were in need of cofee and came across this Starbucks on 27/11/2024. Going inside, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman (unfortunately we didn't get his name) who helped us with our order. He was really nice and wished us a happy holiday!

Today was my first time visiting not only this location but also a strictly pick up only Starbucks.
If I could give -1 I would for Eddieās condescending remark and curt behavior towards me.
I simply made the remark āI didnāt realize this was a pick up locationā and his tone when he said āIām sure you didnātā was so unnecessary. (& I get it, upon walking up, it has the words āpick upā on the sign and on the door)
I work custom service so I didnāt return his weird energy but simply left the store and placed the order on the app and then waited outside.

Awesome coffee pick up spot. Parking is limited, but these guys whip out these orders like a well oiled machine.They also now have Ordering capabilities if you wonder in and forget to order in the app.

Cutest Starbucks Pick Up store to date. I came in with my friend to order my iced matcha drink which surprisingly tasted better than most. The vanilla sweet cold foam is thicker at this store. This is known as a pick up store meaning you typically have to order first then pick up. However, the baristas took great care of us even during their minor peak hours. Super great service and attitude.
