Passed 2 times I’ve been the service is just subpar. Either the employees just chatting and moving in a slow pace or being on FaceTime on the job. My coffee is mid every time I go to this location.

Can you guys stop giving people old stale food. Just because you think someone orders on uber eats does not mean you have the audacity to give them old , stale food
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after today, I’m done. The new $1 charge for “no ice” or “light ice” is absurd — especially when they underfill the drink if you don’t pay it. The barista said they didn’t charge me, but my receipt shows they did. I did the math and the extra dollar was removed even though I never asked her to remove it. I just didn’t really agree with the new charge.
They wasted product making my first drink wrong (way too much cream when I asked for a splash), then remade it but still gave me less than a full drink — since I hadn’t paid the dollar. They also forgot my chicken, and the service was dismissive with no apology or explanation.
It’s wasteful, poorly handled, and feels like squeezing customers for every dollar. The cold brew also isn’t as fresh here given it is inside the Tom Thumb lacking many factors. It was very convenient but I’ll use up my preloaded funds and never come back. Starbucks has lost another loyal customer.

Waited for more than half an hour and even then they got both drinks wrong. First gave me the wrong drink, and then gave me both drinks the wrong size.
The worst service and coffee I have ever had! Firstly, when I walked into this spot I said hi with smile to the girl and she didn’t answer,I thought maybe she just didn’t hear, I greeted again she ignored me again and with unpleasant silence ! What’s wrong with her?!I asked for less syrup and light caramel drizzle but she offers me extremely sweet coffee with only half of the cup. Excuse me? !There’s no any other Starbucks like this! I’m so regretful of being here. Should check out the reviews first, it wastes my money and ruins my mood. Other friends,pls don’t buy anything here,you will regret too

Once again I ordered a VENTI brown sugar oatmilk espresso with LIGHT ICE and they filled my cup to the BRIM WITH ICEEE!! Even with the ice it's not even filled to the top. I finished my drink in 3 gulps. I have asked them over and over pleaseeeee light ice and they continue to fill it up with ice. I don't get why? Is starbucks running out business to the point where they have to save product and fill my cup to the tip top with ice????? Mind you I doordash it to my job so I cant even get it fixed. I literally put the drink in a small coffee cup we have here and it didn't even make it to the top. I'm furious. AND I cant get anyone on the phone. I will be calling the manager Gabby until I get a hold of her to solve this issue.

Tom thumb Starbucks. I'm really not a fan of Starbucks because the coffee is over roasted, in my opinion. Tastes burnt. However, I was shopping early in the morning, and I needed coffee.

WORST SERVICE EVER... The older lady at the front made fun of me because I couldn't remember the name of a sandwich! She literally said, "You don't even remember how it tastes?" in a rude tone. Then it took them 20 minutes to make just two mango dragon fruit drinks.... Oh and they didn't scan my app for rewards because, as the younger lady said they "don't do that" There are other Starbucks nearby; please do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you like to be treated respectfully

Let me start by saying I an not a karen...having said that I can't believe that I received what they posted and charged me for when I ordered a Frappuccino....coffee flavored water ( half cup and a half cup of old whip cream) a sorry excuse for Java!
