today my sister came in around 3 pm she ordered two drink the usual we never complaint but today we got the drink wrong and gave em to us half way empty , we literally showed them the order and on the sticker it said something completely different !
It is very slow in the afternoons. If you have to be somewhere do not stop there.

This location has always gotten our drinks right. It is one of my favorite spots to go do work or study. It super clean and they are well organized. All the baristas have always been very kind!

I ordered an Iced gingerbread chai in the drive thru today and when I got my drink I realized it was coffee. Iām not a coffee fan at all and it was not what I was expecting (super bitter and not sweet at all) so I went inside and told the manager who was super nice, as well as the other baristas.
They apologized and remade my drink into a Venti and gave me a pumpkin chai to try as wellā¦ or so I thought. I got to the car and drove off before trying them because I was sure that they were going to be right. Lo and behold the āpumpkin chaiā was definitely coffee and I think the remade āIced gingerbread chaiā was also still coffee.
Iām not sure what the issue was but I didnāt feel like going inside and explaining everything over again. Iāve had chai many times before from starbucks and itās always been sweet and has that āspicedā flavor. Neither of these drinks had that, I was starting to feel a little crazy and questioned my taste buds but I had my boyfriend try my drinks and he said they were not sweet at all and tasted like coffee. This was an interesting situation Iām not sure if their ingredients got mixed up or what. I was just sad and disappointed because I really wanted a chai but already went inside to get it remade and it was still wrong :,(
2 stars for the staff being nice, but I would give the actual drinks a 1 star.

I always come to this Starbucks because itās local for me but I just cannot I ordered my drink which was almost 9$ I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and asked for light caramel drizzle and they drenched it in caramel and handed me my drink and laughed. I donāt know whatās funny about that and messing with peoples drink.
Sunday morning, completely empty restaurant ā only one table inside and no cars in the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes for just two iced coffees. Fifteen minutes in an empty store! On top of that, one of the girls didnāt even say hello back when I greeted her with āGood morning, barista.ā Very disappointing service.

One lady at the front (not cashier) was cleaning and got visibly upset when i stood there waiting for my order and when i told her she sighed infront of my face and gave me my order. Still i didnāt think much in the moment and said thank you but she didnāt even say your welcome back. Now that i look back no customer should ever have to deal with that and the least she could do is give good customer service. I did not feel welcome here.

They brought my coffee and snack to my table, and quickly. I enjoyed drinking from an actual mug, makes a big difference to me. The server was friendly and smiled. The manager was merchandising and made chit chat with me. While doing it. She has a good crew. The place was real clean and it was easy to relax. I drank my cup of coffee and ate my cookie while reading a bit of a book.
