So glad I picked the right place to stop on Feb 20! Service was great! Rosie went above and beyond and kept her cool with an incredibly rude customer that came in after me. I hope that she is still there when I make it back to town.

I have been to the Starbucks on gus thomasson and Ferguson for the last 3 days and everyday it has been an issue. Sunday - closed at 5pm no app warning, Monday - out of products at 11 am, Tuesday i ordered online and went to pick it up and they dont have the items i ordered. Unexceptable service. The app should not allow orders if u do not have items. Forces you to upload money on your app.

Most of the time when I have gone into this Starbucks,I have had a good experience and the staff have been polite. I currently don't have a car and I will sometimes use the bathroom at this Starbucks because it's usually very clean and even if I don't purchase anything the staff has always very happily given me the code to the door. The last time that I went into this location,I had very much intended to purchase a drink but had to use the bathroom very badly and the young man that gave me the code was rude and he didn't specify whether I had to put the #before or after the numbers until I went back several times to ask the for the code. The first couple of times I asked he didn't say that I needed to use the # at all. I ended up not purchasing a drink after I was done in the bathroom because I was so frustrated. Do better!!

Went inside. It was 15 min wait just to get a coffee. They are always out of everything. Worst place ever.
Nothing on the workers here at this place, they have always been nice. But I have to say they need to bring in more employees at this Starbucks. It's been multiple times that I have to wait for my mobile order to be ready. Yesterday i placed a mobile order, arrived after estimated time, and still waited 10 minutes after my the estimated time. Saw the workers making so many drinks at the same time which none were mine. Made me late to work (which is night shift, not morning rush), left without a coffee, and there was no way to get my money back or cancel the order.

We are so happy to finally have a Starbucks nearby! This our favorite little slow, easy morning stop. My kids love it when we get to enjoy a nice Starbies breakfast on a school day. We usually place our order online in advance so that our food is ready & waiting for us when we arrive. Our food is always fresh and warm and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The shop is clean and well maintained. I love the artwork on the wall and the overall ambiance of the place. They have a nice little covered outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying a nice tea or coffee.

The staff was prompt, helpful, friendly, and upbeat. The coffee and pumpkin bread hit the spot! I love that the drive thru is easy to navigate and is designed to actually have enough space for your car; it’s a well-thought-out rarity in Dallas. The mural inside is breathtaking.

I have been putting this off for a while but I had to complain. This place is my local Starbucks and I always get a brown sugar espresso. With a pump of vanilla. I visit lots of Starbucks in the area and for some reason this place never gets it right. I find my self waiting to reach another Starbucks to get my drinks. It's very disappointing I know it's pretty simple to make and everything has instructions. So for a long time I'm just telling myself. It's fine. But no. I can't visit my local Starbucks because they seriously never make this drink right. It's just not as sweet and powerful as other places I've visited. So I'm hoping this will help this team get it right.

Manager treats the employees like kids. Makes the employees treat customers with no hospitality. As if we owe them . I just saw an employee walk out because how she was treated. This Starbucks does not represent our community here in casa view . Horrible service . Love my black bold coffee when it’s hot.
