The danishes looked old like they had been sitting for at least a couple days. While we ordered our stuff the guys were distracted the entire time and kept looking away out the window, not the drive through window we kept having to repeat ourselves because he kept walking away . I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch and it has no crunch may like a bad sprinkle on top, so I went and asked the guy if I could get some Carmel sprinkles in a cup, he didn't say anything and grabbed a cup and started shaking it so hard in the cup, my 10 year old was like Mom is he mad? I said idk what his issue is, never said a word this was by far the worst location as far as attitudes and customer service, they seemed like they couldn't wait to get back to talking. For almost a 30 dollar order that we get as our treat when my son has a great day of an amazing test score! Coming here and experiencing this was not so much a treat, I had to apologize for their behaviors and let my son know we wouldn't return.Kid-friendliness: Didn't really seem like a kid friend they would speak AT me and not ask my son what he just said or what flavors etc, like he couldn't talk.

I usually enjoy typing my reports at Starbucks. I like to sip on my tea while listening to the smooth music that they play. However, at the Starbucks on Camp Wisdom, they do not play any music at all. All I hear is the sound of coffee machines and people's chatter. Not really an enjoyable experience for me. So, since I'm already here, I'll put on my headphones and play my own music.

This review is long overdue. I didn't know Starbucks had VIP service. They treat me like a very important family member. They know me by name, they know my order. Once they see it's me, their excited to see me. I'm always excited to come here. Great people, I love them all. Crystal was the first person to treat me like royalty.
