Although there are less options at starship bagel, compared to other options like Shugs, the price was much better and the quality was still high. We got a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond smear, which was extremely good. We also got the cucumber sandwich on a garlic bagel. Both of us enjoyed our meals and appreciated that the price and wait time were much better.

God this place is awesome. I would eat here every single day I would! The only thing is is that it’s pretty pricy. It’s worth it! Just annoying. Definitely will be back time and time again. They are incredibly nice and answered all my questions. Important to note! They don’t have eggs or bacon here because it’s a little pop up not the full restaurant

The vegan schmear is more like hummus. Just not what I was expecting and disappointing. The bagel itself is great. The specials like berry compote aren't great for vegans without a schmear, but I see their appeal. The wait can get long.

Always a fun vibe, to sit at an outdoor table next to the giant eyeball and eat bagels! Wish they had more tables (there are 3 set up). Staff is friendly and helpful in explaining some ingredients (yuzu, for example). Only downside on this visit was a homeless man throwing some things at us, so we moved to a different table.

I had the pleasure of visiting Starship Bagel in downtown Dallas twice, and both experiences were fantastic. The first time, I tried the sesame bagel with a cream cheese spread, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and just the right texture. We enjoyed it so much that we went back again and tried the Supernova lox sandwich, which was equally impressive. The service is super friendly and fast, and the place is clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend Starship Bagel if you’re in the area!

We both got the millennial falcon and agreed it was one of the best bagel sandwiches if not the best we've ever ate. It comes with cream cheese, tomato slices, sproutes, red onions, and avocado and it was delicious. The veggies were all super fresh and the portions were huge. The green olive cream cheese for me was perfect.

Admittedly, I had dismissed this place initially because they don’t serve bagel sandwiches with eggs, but I gave it a shot after seeing all the awards they have been winning. And I’m so glad I did! I don’t usually eat bagels with schmear, but I will make an exception for this place.
I’ve now tried the plain bagel with fermented jalapeño, plain, and basil schmears, and they have all been delicious. I was also impressed by the iced coffee. Everything I’ve tried here has been simple but very high-quality and well executed. And the smear flavors are creative, unique, and sophisticated. Can’t wait to try out other bagel flavors with different schmears in the future.
Also have to give a shout out to their customer service — there was an issue with my pre-order and they went above and beyond to make it right, with great communication along the way.
