They recently added a sandwich that was iconic to those of us who live or used to live in Irving. The Captain Nemo’s sizzling steak and cheese.
My dad started eating that sandwich when he was in high school back in the 70’s and I grew up eating it and it was my all time favorite meal. I shed literal tears when I saw Captain Nemo’s was closing.

Nice looking place, a little outdated. The drink was not good at all. Was charged an extra tip besides the more than generous one that I left. Considering the drinks were awful. Can't go wrong with a bottle of beer, though.
