I’ll tell you what, I expected so much more. Not only was the staff incredibly rude, it’s almost as if It was their first day of learning how to barbecue. One gentlemen, perhaps the owner, with a Rollie fingers type mustache, was particularly rude and repeatedly curled his mustache with wax, and then handled food. Incredibly disgusting Way to handle food, especially for such an un flattering look. Trying to put all of that aside, I took my first bite and the best way I can describe it is – you know when you bite into a chicken nugget sometimes you get those really marble-y, impossible to chew pieces. It was that right off the bat. Terrible cuts, terrible service, and an even more terrible mustache.

I recently had the opportunity to Experience the Barbecue from STROUDEROSA. I Have to say they did not disappoint! The pulled pork was smoky and moist, delicious. The jalapeño creamed corn was also fantastic. I will definitely be back.

My brother-in-law, nephews and I went in there Saturday and tried the barbecue for the first time. I picked this place randomly off of Google maps. I had the brisket, and the sausage, the deviled egg potato salad and the jalapeño cheesy corn. I was absolutely not disappointed! There is a reason why this place is rated as high as it is. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I tried a little bit of the pulled pork off of my nephews plate. I highly recommend this place to anyone who gets a chance to check it out. The lemonade was also really good.

Won a gift certificate to this spot from a 5K race, so figured I’d give it a shot. Really glad I did—it was fantastic. The staff were genuinely kind, not just to me but to every customer I saw walk through the door. That kind of energy makes a difference.
The food was delicious. The loaded Tumble Fries appetizer was a a great choice. The vibe inside was great too: laid-back, welcoming, kinda country-ish and just a cool place to eat. Already looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu.
Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates good BBQ. :)

Went to Strouderosa last night with my family and I’m so glad we have an awesome bbq place in the neighborhood. We all ordered something different and everything was delicious including the sides. My chopped brisket sandwich was so good, my husband even commented on how good the bread was. The service was great too, everyone who helped us was so nice. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
