I live super close by and thought they were too expensive but the truth is apparently the service is horrible
Trying to get meal is a huge hassle apparently for the staff. I had to go on a quest to find how to get food and was told to push a button.
Then they yelled at me for walking in apparently the wrong section with no one else around????
I pushed the button and it took 10 minutes for them to arrive in the middle of the movie!!
When I got the bill, it was $30 dollars for food!!!!!
Save your money and go to cinemark, Studio movie grill is NOT worth it.

Good food and decent service, but everything else about this visit will likely result in not returning. Bathrooms were stinky, and only one paper towel dispenser seemed to be working. Seats were moderately comfortable, except for the significantly ripped leather poking into my legs and arms. And 18% automatic tip is steep - at least at a restaurant, my server would come by to clear the plate when I was done and make bring me a refill without me having to push a button to request the most basic of service. And I probably wouldn't have had to chase down the person who brought me my food to ask for silverware and an extra napkin - really, who gives one napkin for popcorn, chicken strips, and tater tots?
All-in-all, a pretty mediocre experience for a total of $39 for a movie + dinner.

Your response implies that you either didn't read my comments, or you want me to jump through an additional hoop to provide you with feedback I've already taken the time to provide to you. Either option is pretty disappointing.

If i could give this no stars i would chairs broken dont recline brought half of the order and 1 hour later come with the rest if you want to relax and enjoy a good movie this is not it !!!!!!!!!!

I typically have a great experience but tonight was kinda terrible. I bought 4 tickets to the 6:45 Demon Slayer showing and had nothing but issues. 3 of my seats call lights didn’t work, the emergency exit alarm was going off for a good part of the show and someone brought their small child with one of those loud talking toys and you had to keep hearing that go off. To have spent close to $180 wasn’t the best experience.

If you’re looking for the absolute worst customer service experience of your life, look no further than Studio Movie Grill.
Not naming names but, the bartender whose name rhymes with Bristol, is the poster child for disrespect. Rude, dishonest, and dripping with attitude, she managed to make what should have been a simple interaction feel like a full-blown insult. Integrity? Nonexistent. Professionalism? Missing in action. Basic home training? Clearly optional here.
As for the so-called manager — he has about as much authority as a traffic cone in the middle of the highway. His employees don’t respect him, and it shows. The entire staff runs wild while leadership just shrugs.
This place doesn’t just fail at customer service — it buries the concept six feet under and dances on the grave. I would genuinely rather be skinned alive, rolled in salt, and dunked in rubbing alcohol than have to endure another second dealing with that bartender or step foot in this establishment ever again.
This spot is my go to place for any movie close ti Home. We Also get attended with a friendly staff and service. Our server today Trey was very helpful with our menu options tonight recommending our meals.

Theater staff were very helpful. I was offered menu services as soon as I was seated and had next to no wait time. The theater room I was seated in was also relatively spotless.

Saw Highest to Lowest yesterday. Great movie. Shared a delicious pizza. Came out of the kitchen just right: tender crust tasty sauce and not so hot we couldn't eat. Would order again.
