This place is very classy and upscale. Love it only wished we had on in Washington state. Seen Wicked with my daughter and 4 of her amazing co-workers. Best time ever. Very comfy seats with attendants that catered to your every need. After the movie as we were leaving, there was even an attendant in the hallway, offering us a mint. The bathrooms are very clean and bonus have seat liners lol

Overcharge my dessert 7$ instead of what was promoted 5. For the ticket price they are charging, the seats and food tray are broken and was slanted. If I can give negative stars I would.

This the the best Luxury theater in the DFW area hands down Half-priced Tuesdays and the food alone beat any other theater around this is the only movie theater that i go to now

Came to see wicked on Thanksgiving day and was surprised to see there were seats.
Which was good and bad. I should have taken that as a sign, I ordered my popcorn and drinks at the bar to be delivered to my seat, I was surprised to see that I was being charged an 18% service charge. I have been to other places like this and have never been charged a fee like this. The prices for these places are not “low”, so to be charged this on top of my movie ticket left me very unhappy.

Secondly, the theater room was gross. The tables were sticky and there was trash. Our popcorn was burnt, we asked for them to be changed, they came back with more popcorn and they were still burnt. I did not send them back as to not cause a fuss but it is incredibly frustrating.
Lastly, the bathrooms were incredibly disgusting. You can tell that no one cares. Disgusting toilets, floors, walls, everything. No soap in any of the sinks.

Horrible experience for me and my family, we will never be back again.

I understand that working on a holiday is not great, but it really reflects on how this location is run.

We use to go to this location all the time and always enjoyed it. It has been a few years since we have been though. We went tonight and was very disappointed. First the movie kept stopping and going out, not a big deal it finally started playing with no trouble about 25 minutes into start time. We got inside and order food right away for the 7:00 showtime. We order a 2 for $20 and added a dessert. At 8:30 we still did not get our entrees just the appetizers - so turned on the light to check on it. We then received our dessert (without the syrup we were charged extra for), but still no entrees. Finally at 9:00pm we received our chicken fingers and French fries -- that were cold and rock hard. We could not even take a bite from them - it hurt trying to chew it. We received our check - 90 dollars for the 2 for 30 +5 for a dessert and two drinks....that we could not even enjoy. We asked to speak to a manager to let them our experience, however no one ever came. It is not worth the price....

Mistakes happen, so when I sent the popcorn back twice bc it came out stale and cold I just wanted it off the bill. Disappointed to hear the manager, Shonda, dismiss the fact that I wanted it off the bill bc the popcorn was just made today. Then proceeded to talk about how customers will eat all the popcorn just to complain about it. I got the popcorn taken off but could’ve done without the manager talking negatively about me as if I wasn’t there.

Crystal is awesome! Made the movie experience even better! Ask her about her dried up turkey! Onion rings were crispy and delicious.

The sound was painfully loud. Asked them to turn down slightly as the speakers were literally vibrating in the wall. Manager refused and said they wouldn't adjust. Of note, we were the only two people in the theater.

The kiosks in front weren't working -- two had black screens, three others didn't have working touch screens, and the last wouldn't scan the qr code.

No one appeared to be working, there was no one at the front desk, at the bar, or at the stand to check tickets before entering the theaters.

The identical three minute Fandango trailer played twice on repeat.

Theater was clean, and the screen was clean.

I don't go to theaters often anymore since I have a nice screen and speakers, but thought I would come here for the 25th anniversary showing. But the poor experience has determined I will no longer be doing this, certainly not at SMG.

Edited to respond to the owner -- the speakers were literally rattling in their frame and making sound outside of an "immersive experience" which is what happens when equipment is run beyond its limits for years on end.

Cool concept but really dirty theater and seats, runners clearly don’t enjoy their jobs, would rather get my own snacks and have cleaner theaters.
