It was not a great experience. The food was mid for the price. The screen wasn’t that great and the seats were gross. The waiters constantly interrupted or cause distractions walking back and forth. It was no movie etiquette at all.

It’s bad enough your tickets are $17 a piece for adults and $13 for kids. So after spending $50 for tickets. You add an 18% service charge to the food bill, AND you charge per drink per refill for soda! So 2 Dr.Peppers is $12!…. So after I eat my Jack in the box quality burger I receive my $77 bill. You realize coming here is not worth the price at allllll. Better off streaming these movies at home with a pizza

I took my son to see Mufasa for his birthday. The movie experience was great. The reason for my 2 stars is because the staff are scammers. I was given my check, which after the 18% service charge totaled $65.34. I included an additional $5 tip, making my total $70.34. I wake up today and my debit card says the charge was updated to $80.34. So I guess the server/waitress decided to give herself an additional $10. Not cool at all. And you don't get a live person when you call. They want you to leave a voicemail or email them.
I thought it was weird to leave the little black folder with the signed merchant copy so I specifically asked our server and she told me to leave it at the seat when we were leaving. I want to see my signed copy cause I'm for sure someone wrote over my original tip.

Went to see a movie. I've been to other Studio Movie Grills and enjoyed my experience. For this particular location, the opportunities are with the staff.
1. Order directly at the bar before the movie started. Wrong item delivered. The theater was not crowded due to the snow. 2. During the movie I ordered food and a drink. Food was delivered with no napkins, or utensils. Drink never came even after asking for it 2 times during the movie. After the second time, I decided to go without the drink. 3. The staff could use additional training. They all were talking very loud during the movie, and having conversations next to the seat where they sit the food before delivery. 4. I was charged for the drink even though I never received it. They did however remove it upon request.
Also, I'd recommend having dedicated sections for each server. I think this is the root cause of wrong orders being delivered to multiple people. Give them a section and have them stick to it!
Most of the improvement recommendations is for the staff. I would hate to be there during a crowded premier weekend, if this was the service on a slower day.

Went to see Gladiator 2 this was an interesting experience.
We had a group of people sitting next to us and one of the girls literally talked to the entire movie it was very disturbing, very disheartening, and very upsetting.
If she wasn't on her phone she was recording the movie. I don't know if she was going live or just recording it. Then she was talking through the movie to the characters, about the characters, what the characters are going to do next.
I already don't like going to Studio Movie Grill because I don't like eating in the dark but this just made it worse and then she was in my food (actually leaned over) talking about, Mmmm that smells good.

The seats purchased were horrible...the seat F5 had a hole when you sat down. The seat beside it made a loud sound when adjusting to find a comfy position. My friend had to go ask for the movie to be louder as we pull hear the bass sounds from the theater next to us. I mean.... I will not ever spend my money at this place again

The staff at this location was Awesome!! We sat at the bar area and had dinner, the food came in a timely manner. The staff that brought the food was nice and friendly. The bartender listened to our drink request and did not disappoint!
