Would not recommend this location. I was next door at Wayward Coffee studying and decided to place an online order to pick up on my way home. When I walked in, I was not greeted, which was fine. I went to the counter and stated I had a pickup order. The employee asked for my name, I gave it to him, and he grabbed my order and set it on the counter without saying anything. I said thank you and received no response. As I was leaving, I said the interaction felt rude. He responded with “what?” and then proceeded to call me the B-word. I don’t know who manages this location, but the employee working at the time was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never had an experience like this at any Subway. Being called a derogatory name for expecting basic acknowledgment is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.

I stopped by this Subway recently, and I was really impressed! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything looked fresh and clean, and they made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it — loaded with veggies and perfectly toasted. I definitely recommend everyone to go here.

I was first in line to place my order at 11:30am. Nobody was at the front at first then a couple of minutes later another customer walks in and the employee comes out from the back and immediately takes his order instead. He then looks at me and asks me if I’m there for a pickup order. I said no… I’m here to place my order. I turned away and walked out. Completely disrespectful and I will never return.

The reasons for the one star because you got rid of the sliders and switched to the Series menu, bring back the sliders sandwiches, pretty please.
I’ll never get the FootLong Nachos from this place again.. the order I got and what I placed was a steak footlong with no onions with tomatoes and jalapeños but after eating this alls I had was straight chips and cheese and I’m like where the hell the meat at.. would of been banging if the steak meat was included or more added. SMH

The worst Subway I have ever had! My husband and I got 2 foot long sandwiches and one was so empty and not enough steak in it and the other one was not toasted. So disappointing, bc this place is right by my home and I could be a great customer!

The manager resists the Americans, she treats the Hispanics well and the employees themselves speak badly to them and shout and the churros they gave us were tough and old like her... the place was burning with heat because they had the heating on...👎👎👎

Food was fine .. sandwich artist was extremely sparse on meet compared to any other subway I've been to. I asked for 2 cookies and a drink and she charged me, got my cup and then almost walked away. I had to remind her to get the cookies! 😒
