Really need to stay open during your times. Got here at 6:40 and your people closed and cleaning up with door locked. Your door and google says 7. Not the first time this has happened.

I order a ham, add pepperoni. Every other subway gives me 8 peices of ham and 6 pieces of pepperoni. This one always gives me 6 pieces of ham and 6 pepperoni.

Walked in 20 minutes after opening through the side door since the front door was locked. I met the infamous older Hispanic lady from these reviews who casually informed me in an unapologetic manner that they had not finished setting up. There wasn’t any food out yet on the counters. I then left. Not the first time I had an issue with this person.

I just came in to order something and there was a vile nasty rude woman who stated she was the manager who was taking my order. She was a Hispanic older lady— to be exact. Snatched the food away and her customer service was so vile that another lady left along with me. I will be contacting corporate as well.

What can you say, its Subway. Service was good food was good but they scimpted on the toppings. I'm also dumbfounded as to how Subway can ask for a tip when you are not receiving any services outside them handing you your food. I fill my drink, throw away my trash, and even cleaned up my own area after my meal. Tip option needs removed.

I haven’t been to this subway before, but it’s right near my apartment so I stopped in.The associate, Romeo, was working alone and made like 8 subs, 2 pizzas, etc. in less than 15 minutes for two pickup orders.I had to wait a little bit longer (which was expected from an order of that size), but he was still so kind once it was my turn.We need more people like him in the world!

Visited July 11 for promotional free 6in sub for 1st 50 customers. Called at 10:37 to verify they're participating and they stated they had only given about 15 sandwhiches. I arrived 10 mins later and was told it was over. Mind you it's from 10a-12p with max being 50 free sandwiches. Once there I'm told it was over and the elder Hispanic/Mexican lady well over 60 years who created the sandwhich was rude as hell and placed my sandwhich on the counter without a bag replaying "Here you go". I'll never!!!

The worst customer service I ever had. After submitting a feedback for the rudeness of the Hispanic woman who works here, I got denied to get service here today. She did not give me service because she said I passed a complaint about her to corporate office, (which is anybody’s right to speak up)This person doesn’t understand the customers right to submit complaint if they are not treating customers well. The woman lacks of social skills, is supper aggressive and unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Love Subway and the employees are doing their best, but the manager drove me to tears when I asked her to change what was on my sandwich. I used the app for the first time with one of my friends because there was a deal on the app but realized it only applied to footlongs and when I changed it, I didn’t realize it reverted all of the settings so I asked her if she could fix it and from there it just went downhill and ended with her yelling at me and me saying that there is no need to yell and walking out with my ruined order and on the verge of tears and finally, when I was in the car. I cried. Literally felt like I was the one with the customer service voice. If I could give the manager a zero, I would give her that, but your employees redeemed you, so this place gets 2 stars from me.
