Sign on the door says the store closes at 9:00PM, but the young female clerk gestured “Closed” cutting her hand at her neck multiple times at 8:34PM. The second staff member ignored my presence continuing to sweep after I attempted to open the door upon arrival. Sad excuse for customer service and I wonder if the Owner knows the employees are closing up shop early?!? All of this for cookies in this Trumpocalypse ‘cause the sandwiches ain’t worth a damn!

Tried ordering off the app for this location. The app takes my money and doesn’t process the order completely. I tried calling the store and eventually I go in person. Whoever was working told me to call customer service number on the app…. There was no customer service number on the app. No offer of solution by the store. Subpar app and service.

Our order was not correct. When we picked up the order, the person behind the counter read back the order. Had the sandwiches placed in the bag to make it look like there was a 12-inch sandwich and two 6-inch sandwiches in there. When we got home, we found out that they had only made 3 (6 inch) sandwiches. Employees seemed to not care when we brought it up to their attention.

WORST subway I've ever been too! Manager is apathetic and rude, which of course, sets the example for her employees to be exactly the same. Unfortunately, the Subway I went to for years closed down, so this place on Jefferson is now the closest location to me. The couple of times I ordered on the app, my order was incorrect and not fresh.
The latest incident, was I had won a subway contest which gave me free cookies for a month, no purchase necessary to redeem. When I went there to redeem my free cookie, the employee and the "manager", refused to allow me to redeem the free cookie there, even though I showed her the order placed with a $0.00 balance due along with the coupon for the free cookie. Manager was incredibly rude and stated she wouldn't redeem the free cookie unless I had a "printed receipt". That's a scam, there is NO WAY to get a printed receipt with this coupon! She just didn't want to provide the free cookie.This subway location needs the current manager and staff to be COMLETELY cleared out and a NEW manager with properly hired and trained staff, to be put in their place. Until then, I'll never go back to this subway location on Jefferson Blvd, Dallas Tx again!

Literally the worst subway. Paid for 2 bags of chips (Uber eats) and received none. Called over 8 times out of my busy day and when they finally answered on the 9th call, they told me to come in at night to pick up the chips I paid for/were supposed to be delivered. I asked if I could come in the morning instead and they said no which is ridiculous since I’ve been calling since 12pm. Save your time + money and go to any other sandwich shop. Will be reporting this to my bank.

They’re racist to their own kind. The fact that I ordered some food for my mom to pick up after she’s been working all day, and they didn’t wanna give the order to her, because they “needed proof” and thought that she was stealing just because she showed a screenshot. Subway do better. What do they expect? For her to have the order on her phone despite, me who lives an hour away have ordered through my app. Nonetheless, they insult her, and are rude as if she has done anything bad.
