The worst abusive and rude employee

I was served by a lady I believe her name is Elizabeth idk and I don’t care. In all honesty she has bad service, and bad attitude, and she looked she didn’t want serve or do her job, first and last coming to this subway.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten at subway. The women was extremely rude and gave everyone in the store a hard time. What ever women worked at 9/28/25 at 12:20. Whatever personal issues you have don’t take you personal problems out on other people.

Smallest footlongs I've ever seen. 5 meatballs on a footlong?! The cheesesteak was literally all bread and a taste of meat. And my toppings were wrong even though I was in person. I stepped away from the counter and I guess that was my fault. This is absolute garbage.

I like to order my own custom sandwich, it’s just one of the best things about Subway. But at this location it seems to be a different story. Last time I was asked not once, but TWICE if I wanted an item off the menu while I was ordering my usual.

If you like getting a footlong #23, go on right ahead, but if you’re a “pick your own ingredients” guy like I am, avoid this one. It’s not worth your time

A gentleman is always there to help me. I believe his name is Martin. He and the other staff are always so nice.
But he always has a smile on his face and always first to great me.

The lady lied and said I could not get the $6.99 special because I chose steak as the meat of choice… she told me I could only get pepperoni but the advertisement does not state pepperoni only and displays a tuna sandwich… Hispanic workers in this area always want to make up there own rules and I’m ready to take it up the ladder with corporate offices in this area. My husband came in this location one day and wanted to use a coupon that was mailed to us and was told they don’t take coupons… It’s false advertisement and we live around the corner stop mailing me coupons if I can not use them. Update your advertisement to reflect only pepperoni and next time I’ll be filing a bigger complaint!!! To the manager who sees this next time I’ll be speaking to corporate speak to your Hispanic lady workers and tell them to do their job and stop making shit up false advertisement could mean legal action!!!

I came by the other day to get a footlong sandwich meal. Elizabeth was very rude. I needed my table to be cleaned off and she told me to choose another table that Is clean I told her please I would really like that table because a friend is joining me. She didn't even make my sandwich either she was on her phone and went to restroom so Martin took my order and made my sandwich. I asked Elizabeth nicely but she ignored me and rolled her eyes, so Martin was busy with other customers but he still took care of me. He deserves 5 stars and Elizabeth none. The worst customer service ever, I'm glad Martin was there.

This location is severely understaffed. I called in, and instead of helping me, the person on the other end hung up on me. That alone shows how poorly trained the staff is. Don’t waste your time coming here—there are several other locations just five minutes away that are likely much better managed. Answering the phone is a suggestion to them!

They do NOT take coupons. The worker said it is according to the owner’s policy. If you google, every subway franchise needs to accept the coupons.

I have been ordering the same all pro sweet onion teriyaki chicken and this week, they put salami instead of chicken, like how could you miss chicken over salami and paying $13 for it?! Insane.

I came to get food there was only one gentleman working he was doing online orders as-well as taking orders. The gentleman apologized for the wait and expressed that he was tired he was the only one working from 8am till close,This is unacceptable no one should have to deal with this work environment.!!!!!

They have one worker slaving from the morning to closing by himself. Poor managerial skills, I hope he finds a better job than this low paying job. He really does deserve better than this!!

Mexican male worker took my order and refused to honor the subway coupons we receive in the mail. He said his computer wouldn't ring it up and that location doesn't take them because they are a franchise location and don't have too. I've used coupons there before. I just walked out. Went to the location down the street and everything went perfect. I won't be back.
