We always order online from this location, and lately they’ve been messing up our sandwiches And we don’t realize it until we get home and start to eat. Pay $10 for a footlong and they forget the cheese?? So annoying. They can do better.

Allows people to log into your account and order illegally and does nothing to fix the situation. The owner is a nasty human being and likes for fraud to be committed in the building. Do not trust them!

If you guys are thinking about spending your hard earned money at this place an u actually try to save a buck by using the actual legit subway coupons, whoever owns this particular establishment has told their employees to not accept any of these coupons. This place is utterly ridiculous. And the owner should lose all his business because of this especially seeing as how these times are tuff but an ahold like him wants to pass the buck

Food good, staff friendly enough. Place looked dismal and uncared for, although fairly clean.

They don't want to use the discount coupons. The quality of the products is good. The place is very small.

I ordered online 2 weeks ago. When I got home from picking it up, I discovered one of the sandwiches was wrong. I called the store, he apologized, and said to tell them the next time I was in that I had talked to him on the phone and they would replace it.I went to the store today and he was working and remembered I had called…then proceeded to chastise me in front of other customers, saying I was supposed to come back that day or the next day. He also told me I was supposed to bring the wrong sandwich back from the store. NONE of this was said to me in our phone conversation. He asked me what I had done with the sandwich. I told him I ate it because I was hungry and was not going all the way back to the store once I had gotten home. He then proceeded to criticize me for eating the sandwich still, and continued to belittle me in front of the customers waiting to order.I told him he needed to stop beating me over the head with it, but he didn’t stop. He said he would, but continued. The sandwich I had ordered that was wrong 2 weeks prior was off their new Subway Series menu. When I attempted to order a replacement sandwich from the same menu (Titan Turkey) he refused to make it and said he would make me a regular Turkey sandwich. He skimped on the veggies and over sauced the sandwich, so my replacement was extremely poor quality.Lastly, he proceeded to speak to another employee in Spanish about me when I was paying for my order. Yeah, jerk, I do understand Spanish. My experience at this restaurant was extremely poor and I do not recommend anyone go to this location. If you get the wrong food because of THEIR mistake, they’ll make it hell for you when you have them live up to their promises.

They had a sign up that said they don't accept coupons. I was dumbfounded because the only reason I came in was because I had received a promotion in the mail. I thought all franchises were required to follow Subway's promotions, but maybe this isn't a real Subway. They will accept the new meat slicer, and run that promotion, but won't honor other Subway promotions such as coupons, really interesting business strategy.

Took a million years to get order it really took them 30 minutes. Then when I asked them if it was ready they looked at me like i was dumb.

I am very clueless to the fact that if you're going to franchise a business and market they name and trademark don't you think that you should accept that coupons just as well. My mother and I stopped through there for a short lunch due to the fact that she is a type 2 diabetic I do not let her eat greasy fast food. There should be a sign up saying that you do not accept coupons not wait until your food is finish and then ring up and tell us that you don't.
