Best environment, amazing stuff - great work.
Middle of the road sandwich for a middle of the road price. Nothing particularly stands out compared to its competitors. The line was very long during the weekday lunch rush, and staff were struggling to keep up. Ingredients seemed to be fresh, making for a fine sandwich.

The girls barely speak English, and when they speak Spanish they start to mocking or even insulting the costumers. And the restaurant was very dirty. They don’t care about homeless people entry to the restaurant or worts, the restroom and fountain soda machine!

Great spot for a quick, fresh-made sandwich downtown with friendly service and fast turnover. The foot-longs and 6″ subs are reliable, and it’s a good choice when you’re looking for a grab-and-go lunch in the heart of Dallas. 🥪

It's ok. Busy so order online for quicker pickup. They want tips for the regular service which is irritating. Some furniture is wobbly. Restrooms not available to customers, locked and they won't give the key.

I came in to order the meal of the day since it was a Thursday I was expecting the BMT, but it ended up being the hot honey menu, I was fine with that, the worker told me it’s either the pepperoni or chicken hot honey sub, I picked the chicken, another lady put the toppings on my sandwich since the First Lady was occupied, it’s time to pay and she says it’s not the chicken sub that it’s the pepperoni, then my mom comes up to see what’s going on, I explain they explain and the lady that told me it’s either chicken or pepperoni she comes up and lies to my mother saying I said I don’t like pepperoni, which is a lie cause i literally do, anyways the lady that’s at the cash register she starts getting loud and unprofessional out of nowhere, my mom asks for a different sandwich to be made, she refuses, my mom asks for a refund and we get another sandwich thinking the price was the issue and she still refuses, another lady ended up giving us just 2 drinks. Terrible customer service I do not recommend, these lady’s are loud, barley understand customer requests, and disrespectful.

I ordered pick up from here 2 times. Both times my order was completely wrong! It’s like they just make whatever they want you to have and send it out. Choose a DIFFERENT subway.

Beware of the man with no name tag. I ask him and he said his name was O. He was constantly messing up my order with me standing right in-front of him. He wouldn’t cut my sandwich all the way through even tho I asked him twice. Tried to put lettuce on it even tho I didn’t ask for lettuce. Half of the sandwich was falling out. Did not wrap it properly. I usually order through the app and it’s always wrong so I came down to order this time and I see why now.

firstly the loud screamo music that was in another language was just a lot. the sandwiches were okay but the footlong we got wasn’t cut in half all the way, like just the bread and not the insides was cut. and bread was completely stale. both sandwiches we got were overflowing which made them super messy/hard to eat. and to top it all off the single employee working ran out of the store and down the street while we were eating leaving the store completely unattended. he didn’t come back we were there half an hour

The worst customer service I've ever received,the employee needs to be trained on how to assemble sandwiches correctly and to be multilingual when dealing with the public,visited on my lunchbreak around 7pm on 5/28/25 and literally spent 20min explaining my order just to receive no food/ service,requested cooperate number with translation from my cell device several times just to be ignored,zero star rating,this establishment needs to be shut down immediately!!

I went to get the new foot long nachos and they didn’t look like the picture at all. It was only half full and one little piece of bell pepper and onion and basically no meat
The whole thing was flavorless and I just found believe it wasn’t even full. Litterally the whole thing fit on just one side of the box not even piling about the edge line
