The lady employee was mopping when I arrived. She greeted me with a smile and was friendly. This subway is so clean and the veggies and bread were fresh. In other subways I've been to the veggies were usually soggy or bread too hard. This was a great visit overall.

This has by far been THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR that I’ve had at subway. FIRST I want to say I’m a PAYING customer and the sandwich that I order and that I PAID FOR should have been made THE WAY I REQUESTED WITHOUT a WORKERS PERSONAL OPINION QUESTIONS OR FEEDBACKS. I walked into the subway location #27280 and ordered a 6in Philly and I always heat the meat ALONE then back door and warm the meat cheese and bread together, once I had that done the worker turned around and said I’m making her do EXTRA work and proceeded to ask WHY I do my sandwich like that! SMH I told her I suffer from a eating disorder and the way I asked u to make it is the ONLY WAY I’ll eat it she goes on to say it’s the SAME hot and basically made me feel like I was a inconvenience!!! Like are you serious this is YOUR job. This location is VERY convenient for ME. I stay literally 2mins from this location I frequently have doctor appointments and visits 1 min from this location so I’m ALWAYS in the area and I’m a a loyal PAYING customer to the company. After tonight I really feel like my business wasn’t appreciated and like I caused this lady problems. NO CUSTOMER should EVERRRRR walk into ANY place of business and be treated as I was tonight.

Cedar Hill location SUCKS. Customer Service is rotten. The kids working there need to know that the CUSTOMERS SERVICE in the stores is why they work in any company. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT THAT LOCATION. The girl got mad because my adult Son & I watched her as her high school jacket sleve repeatedly brushed over my sandwich. My Son politely asked her to remake the sandwich. SHE escalated the situation with rotten remarks, attitude, fake hair slinging, head wobbling, eyes rolling & lips poking. We WERE NOT screaming back at her but I did quietly ask my son "?!what did she just say!!?" Which meant that her ugliness was about to leave a family in morn over a stupid sandwich to them. But to me, how you TREAT PEOPLE. CUSTOMERS HAVE A LOT GOING ON IN THEIR LIVES!!!! SOME REALLY GOOD & SOME MAYBE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY'RE DETERMINED TO SMILE ☺ THROUGH.She may not still work there, BUT my memory is STILL vivid of THAT EXPERIENCE THERE!! I look at that store front and it is sitting on the dark corner of KROGER. WHATABURGER IS LITERALLY IN THE SAME PARKING LOT SITTING FAR OUT IN FRONT OF IT WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE STOP THERE NOW!!!!!
