Absolutely do not recommend, when I walked in was not greeted and saw the only staff members on their phones in the lobby. Took 5minutes just for them to get ready to make the sandwich, not to mention how fry the sub was. The cherry on top was a bug was crawling on a piece of cucumber on my sub, and the guy threw away the piece of cucumber and put a new one.

The staff and this location is pretty nice and clean...sans one person the African American lady (and I'm a black dude saying this) that works here has a bad attitude all the time...I've been here several times so its not just an off day. After being rude to me I've seen how she interacts with her male colleagues and she is blatantly rude to them as well. I won't let one person deter me but if she is alone in there I go elsewhere...

Worst experience ever, the guy was rude who made my boyfriend and I sandwich, like we didn’t choose your Job for you it doesn’t hurt to do your job nicely and treat customers with respect, he repeated them being out of cheese with a attitude like okay my bad I didn’t hear you didn’t have any Mayo and he gave my boyfriend ranch instead wasn’t going to ask him, luckily my boyfriend was paying attention and agreed to it…:never again!

We walked in with no greeting.. she said "are you paying with cash cause we do not accept cash only cards" she didn't even look up. My son asked her her favorite sandwich she said "I don't eat subway" when asked her name she said I'm the manager but i don't give out my name" Rude, disrespectful horrible service. WHO OWNS THIS LOCATION?? WONT COME HERE AGAIN, SHE NEEDS A NEW JOB!!

Customer service is very poor they are very rude from the manager down to the employees (not all it is one Hispanic Gentleman that was very polite).The lady server didn't even have a mask on had it tucked under her chin.

I’m not usually the type of person to write a review, even if my experience isn’t great. But i repeatedly go to this subway, giving them my business multiple times a month. I mostly have had most of the employees make my food... but the lady working is always in such a bad attitude and treats me poorly. It hasn’t just been once, but it’s been every time she’s working. After this last experience with her, i will never go there again.
