So I go in and ask for THE KIDS MEAL, and the sandwich gets made and my son put his chips on. Why would the cashier ring it up as a separate sandwich with a bag of chips, then when I ask for my drink She tells me NO, I don’t get a drink for my son because she rang it up wrong. I let her know I asked you for the kids meal not what you just charged me for. She then said idk about that sorry and shrugs me off. I also try to use a coupon that is clearly right in my app and she has the same well idk attitude. Sad when the workers can’t even put the effort in to take care of the people spending their money here.

went in to place a takeout order and an older gentleman who attended us had an attitude when we while we placed our order didn't really acknowledge us I asked him a few times about what we wanted on our subs and the other items we placed and he said I got it and just walked to the other end of the counter he bagged our sandwiches and walked to the register walked to the place order end came back out our sandwiches and I asked about the churros he didn't say anything there was a female that basically just looked at us smiled we stood there by the register he went to the other end as the female attended someone else he just mentioned you can pay I said well I wasn't sure what to do since you just walked away and said nothing he didn't even say what the total was came back gave the rest of our order I said your machine isn't processing the payment he gave me attitude and said there go ahead and pay which I did he literally just walked away I asked for my receipt the female came and handed it to me as he was on the other end not sure but seems like he was the manager but the way he treated us I will never come here again id rather just go to a different location then come here to get subs I usually place my orders online but no more and its literally down the road just stay away and go to another subway or any other business
