I only stop at this subway location a few times a year and it was a great experience previously. But this time I felt like she didn’t want to make my sandwiches. I needed only 8 sandwiches. She tell me it’s a small subway store and we don’t have enough to make the sandwiches and there’s no ham. I told her make what you can. I ended up with 5 (4 steak and cheese and one tuna) because I’m irritated about it. There was enough to finish making the other three but I didn’t feel the need to spend anymore $$$ at this location. I won’t be back to this location ever again.

The employees are miserable. It's negatively impacting the quality of service and they never answer the phone. Subway has also not updated their items on Uber eats to include all items offered in the store. Not a fan of the service at all.

If I could give a 0 for the service I got from the short Hispanic man. He was unprofessional and rude. I also asked for the sandwiches to be wrapped separately and he hollers he can’t. Never have I ever had to have two people’s sandwiches wrapped differently and you would think since the toppings were different it he would have asked before doing so.

He refused to rewrap it. But he did give me an extra paper. So now I have to wait to get into the hospital to eat my food so the person I’m visiting will know I didn’t do anything to their food. Smh I’m hungry now

I came here to get my children Kids Meals, and the staff told me they don’t serve Kids Meals at this location. When I asked if Subway had stopped offering them altogether, they said no — only certain locations still do. I ended up having to buy full adult meals for my kids. Later, I checked online and saw that this location does list Kids Meals as available for online orders. Very disappointing and confusing experience.

May God bless the lady working at Subway tonight. She was a very motivated and hard working woman. She made a delicious sandwich for me and my husband and we are happy! I left a 20% tip for her and hope the company pays her well. Thank you Irene!

I visited this location today at lunch and Veronica was amazing while being the only employee working! She deserves recognition and I’m sure much more. My daughter and I were fourth in line. The first customer had a big order then was having trouble with different payment methods. Veronica remained patient regardless of the growing lunch line behind us and comments from upset customers leaving. She handled the next two customers and myself with a beautiful attitude and quickly. Not many businesses have employees like that anymore. Great job Veronica I pray the Lord blesses you!

Took 20 minutes after the time the app told me my order would be ready by, which took up my whole lunch. My order was wrong and they forgot my cookie. I contacted the number on the receipt for assistance and they ghosted me after responding twice. Terrible.

I had to use the translation app on my phone to order. That’s not very responsible of the general manager. This poor lady, Irene who was very sweet and thankful I used the app, didn’t understand any English. I ordered by the number on the board thinking it would be easier but not really. Ask for the bread I wanted footlong and she said no only six inch as she was holding two half loads. We both chuckled as she realized what I was about to say. I can only imagine how she feels having to struggle any time English speaking customers come in. There should really be an English speaker at all times. Every table had a mess and the ingredients have gone down hill. The steak tasted like canned meat. I’m really disappointed. Thanks Jared

The lady working was rude and impatient. When she asked me what kind of bread I wanted she banged the knife on the counter tapping it hard, aggressively impatiently. She had issues and I won’t be returning. I am contacting corporate.
