Do not bother.... place sucks for service

Worst subway experience I have ever had. When I walked in no greeting, I was with my dad and we were in line, which took 45 minutes by the way wben there was only one personwhen i walked in, I asked to use the bathroom (there's a sign that says public bathroom) and she tells me it's for employs only. Then a guy walls in and asks to use the bathroom and she goes to unlock it for him. The food was stale and falling apart, my mayo was warm and sour. She put barely any veggies I my sandwich, and the only meat they had was ham. And they were rude too. The girls looked ages 12 and 15 and the sandwiches they made had me throwing up. I couldn't even take a second bite. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!! You might seriously die.

I normally enjoy this location, but today they said they were closed but the door was unlocked and it was only 5:45. If you close at 5:45 you should lock the door and not have 6:00 on the door

Two Hispanic ladies didn't have any customer service skills for any customers not white. Didn't properly wrap my sandwiches. They were leaking bag ripping. Plus two of my relatives got sick. Very unclean place with non helpful staff

Food was horrible. Wish I had said something before ordering. I noticed they steak for the steak/cheese sandwich looked different. It's a QSR so I was like maybe they've made some changes and the steak has to be warmed up first. My, my, my. Walked back to my office and sat down to take a bite of my sandwich. The meat smelled horrible, wrecked. Normally, I would've trashed it and went on but because I paid it forward by gifting someone in line a sandwich too and felt the staff didn't know and should be informed, I walked back to return it. The person that cashed me out was unapologetic and pretty nonchalant about the entire ordeal. Kudos to the lady that was assisting. Originally, I only wanted my money back for the sandwich. After his attitude started to come off as unconcerned, I made a request for ALL of my money back. Still sick to my stomach! Rancid, sour meat!!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway location. I witnessed a Hispanic female employee treat an African American male customer with clear disrespect. He politely asked for a cup of water, and not only was he denied the water, but she also refused to even give him a water cup — even though I had just seen her hand out a water cup to someone else moments before. After denying him, she aggressively told him to leave the building, which was shocking and completely uncalled for.

What made the situation even worse was that this same employee had her entire family — about six people — inside the restaurant. I watched as she openly gave them free food and drinks without any issue. It was incredibly disrespectful and unfair to see someone treated so poorly while she was giving out free items to her family right in front of paying customers. This behavior is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers and the business itself.

I will not be returning to this Subway, and I hope management addresses this serious issue immediately.

I just wanted to say that I eat at Subway pretty often . I work for a franchised business myself so I travel all over DFW. And the staff you have here is by far the friendliest staff I have met . Angelica and Emelda are good for your business.. Treat them well.

There is this Hispanic lady in here who can't speak or read English, she always messes up the orders, and stands around looking lost.

Also, why are they letting people purchase a beverage from the machine both IN person and online if the machine doesn't work?

Fix it people, this is a busy location for y'all to be having non speaking people working the line who can't read English!

the two workers who worked between 3-530 pm on 9/26 argued with & called security on a pregnant woman for sitting down in their store because she didn’t order the second she walked in. she was waiting close to the time the uber got there to order (which she told them) & instead was escorted out by security and had to wait for the uber outside.
